Remote Adjusting Services
Not necessarily the best facility for your loved one(s). We researched facilities for one of our parents whose dementia became too great a responsibility for our family to handle alone. Our family agreed on Pathstone, but it very quickly became clear that this facility did not deliver the standards of care it promised while interviewing the facility. Our parents condition worsened very quickly and drastically. A couple of examples (there are plenty more) Dramatic weight loss - 50lbs on a frame that had no more than 20 to safely lose, repeated falls in which the resident "wasnt noticed" for an "unspecified period of time" - the most recent requiring emergency hospitalization that could easily have resulted in death. Customer service on a smaller scale is also a giant problem. Phone calls and messages left with the nursing staff are not returned until complaints are left with management. At that point, a call will be returned with excuses of "never recd" or "it wasnt me" or "weve been exceptionally busy." ("The dog ate my homework" never worked with me.) To address the weight loss issue we discovered a healthy beverage and stocked a supply for the resident, however we were met with the facilitys "inability" to feed the resident a diet they would consume (a healthy beverage commonly found in the diets of elderly and/or fit people) when a stockpile of it was provided by our family... the list is ridiculously long. Bottom line, interview multiple facilities - drop in to visit residents who may not be out in the general population and observe how they are cared for (or not cared for). Pay no attention to how many "awards" a facility has received. (Your criteria may likely be more meaningful.) Our parents bring us into the world and raise us safely into adulthood (acquiring scars along the way). Every creature is deserving of dignity, respect, and care. When they advance to the point that we need this type of assistance in providing that for them, it is our responsibility to ensure they receive it.

This place is under staffed or the staff disappear or are on their cell phones. Laundry is missing. Cant even take the green top off a strawberry for memory care patients. Staff didnt notify me properly when my mother died. They allowed my other siblings that were against me to be in the room. I notified last. Because of this the police had to come and touch and photograph my mother to make sure she died a natural death. For the price you pay, theres better care elsewhere. Also, note theres no renters credit at non-profit nursing homes and the five stars are coming from employees. Poor experience with this place.

All the employees and staff at this facility are so friendly and smiley! You walk in and they definitely do a good job with conversation and making you feel welcomed in "their home." My mother is in the memory care here and she says shes treated well and wished she would have came in sooner to enjoy it a little longer. Definitely somewhere I would recommend! Easiest 5 star Ive ever given In a review!

Terrible place to work. As a male working there I felt very uncomfortable.
