I DONT KNOW WHO IS RATING THIS COMPANY 4 stars but is so not true....I was hired with this company and seen the unprofessionalism within a week. The Don gave me a 4 hour orientation and I learned more about her family then I did about my job duties. Also this company is giving me the run around on paying me my orientation days. So unprofessional. The owner seems like a nice guy but to be a good business owner you need A GREAT HR not someone who is defiantly not qualified to run your business.

My experience with Mr. Ferguson has been very positive., I have been working for On call Care services since June 2014; I have always received my pay check and the office staff has always been nice to me. I will always recommend On Call to people I meet; its a great company.

Mr Ferguson does not like to pay his employees. Worked in the office for two months , last year, and still no pay, and now he wont even give me my W2s
