This company is the worst when trying to communicate. I have been trying to resolve billing issues for 6 months. Every time I call I get someone who tells me if you pay this amount then the CPAP machine will be converted from rent to own. I keep receiving new bills when it was to be paid for. I will be taking this machine back to them today.Please be aware of this company. They are rip offs.

Paul and Monty are both so kind and helpful. When beginning my BiPap treatment I called with questions and they were patient and thorough with me and were anxious to see the treatment succeed. Two thumbs up!
