This is the worse agency to work for. Josie is not a fit supervisor at all. She makes promises and never keeps up with them. If you let her know about it she gets mad and start to make you feel like you arent worth nothing. If you get a hold of Mr. Felix, she makes sure she gets on your case. Like we already told you we dont have work? Or makes up stuff. She never gets back to people and not even the clients. Mr. Felix doesnt respect the clients. I witness him talking with no respect to one of my client because he was trying to defend Josie. It was so sad. After Josie was in trouble she decided to call my patient to let her know she was in trouble caused of her. Who does that? JOSIE! Please if your looking for a decent job. This is not the job for you. I will report them because everything they do is so unacceptable. Worse company ever. Please dont let your love one have a company like this. Do some research. A lot of people who work here would tell you how bad of a company Avatar is.

Josie, the manager, makes promises, however, she has no follow through. For example, she said that they would send a provider to care for my mother, who is ill. My expectation was that the provider would be provided rather quickly. However, it was a couple of weeks before a provider was sent. Every time I followed up to find out When my mother would receive a provider, I would get the run around and empty promises. If you commission a company to provide assistance for an ill family member and they dont deliver, it makes you question the integrity and motives of the company. I would NOT recommend this company what so ever.

Excellent Home Health Care Service. We were in need of a home health care service that provides occupational therapy, physical therapy and nursing care. Avatar Home Health provided all of the services we needed and the staff were truley amazing. They are very professional and caring. If you need a home health care company in Houston I would highly recommend you call them.
