My family was overwhelmed when we brought my sweet dad home from the hospital for hospice care. We wanted to take care of Dad but we really needed help for overnight care. Thankfully, BrightStar was there to support us and help care for Dad in his final days. They were very flexible and worked with us to come up with a schedule that best fit our specific circumstance. They are staffed with genuinely good people who are passionate about what they do. Every BrightStar employee - from our intake rep, to the scheduler and Dads care givers - were so kind, compassionate and professional. Thank you BrightStar for taking such excellent care of Dad and for supporting our family through a very difficult time.

I was concerned at first that I wouldnt like whoever they sent, but I ended up growing very close to her and she became family. They were available (and friendly!) at all times, even weekends, and I really liked that they provided a nurse to oversee the care at no additional cost. If you ever have any problems, ask for Andi in the office -- she always tried to make things right!
