Interim Health Care in Tulsa, OK is horrible. They barely hit 60 hours out of 168 staffing on a case with a home ventilator and 24/7 needs. When the family and nurses tried to express their grievences to Interim Health Care they fired all the nurses on the case reported them to the nursing board and refused to meet with the family. This left the family with no nursing care which could have led to death for the patient. The supervisor of Interim Health Care, Elizabeth Lawrence never met the family yet caused them grief and trouble. She tried to intimidate them and left them with no help whatsoever. Interim Health Care is only interested in using patients to bill and not interested in providing quality care. If Elizabeth Lawrence, RN is still working there ... run.

I have worked for another health care employment agency in the area, but Interim has always been known to me as a prominent supplier of professional health care workers. I hear compliments about nursing staff within other facilities that happen to also be Interim employees. Ive also known quite a few Interim employees that have been gone on to take permanent, full-time employment with the facilities they had frequented. Myself, being a home health and long-term care worker, know that the nurses assigned to clients are very caring for their patients in and outside of healthcare. They supply classes and employment, so its a near win-win. If my family needs healthcare, I will be glad to have it by Interim.

I often have Interim CNAs come to stay with me when I will be home alone with my two children for an extended period of time. I have epilepsy and I know they are well equipped to deal with any kind of patient care. Should I have a seizure, I trust Interims CNAs and nurses with my life and know they are fully capable of looking after my children until I come to.
