First, I wouldnt even give them a 1 start but you have to put something. Let me start by saying they are a joke. They require you to work every other weekend but dont even give you the hours youre hired to work to begin with. I was hired to work 30-40hours a week but was only getting maybe 20hours. They are absolutely so rude about everything. The only nice person there is Mandy. They were constantly calling me and switching my visits for the day so I never had a clue what was going on and then they get mad because you make a mistake. They put everything on their caregivers and dont seem to care one bit for their clients. After working for them I would never suggest anyone to have their loved ones in their care.

Went in for an interview was totally put off by some arrogant man whose name I dont recall because frankly he was a total ass & I dont wish to remember the interview. So I can only image what the rest of the staff must be like & it sure does not speak well for the quality of the care they provide. Would not want to work for this company or put a loved one under their "care"

This company is one of the biggest liars and completely funny bunch of people since they dont fill the hours you need submit incomplete papers and blame everything on their caregivers then when all else fails they drop the client if they cant bully you the man who runs it is rude and stands behind the mistakes made by office staff which tells caregivers

Weve been working with this business for years and they care about their clients and are dependable when it comes to communication and trying to make a client comfortable when these services are needed. Also know the owners on a personal level and their dedication to the industry and their staff is top notch!
