This review is specifically for the Rochester MN office. We used this company for our child for 6 months. My biggest complaint I had was the fact that the scheduler is incredibly difficult to work with. She says she will call you back to discuss scheduling nursing staff, and guess what? 99% of the time, she NEVER calls you back. She has a really bad habit of telling you one thing and then doing something completely different from what was said. Oh, and if your nurse calls out? Dont expect a call from the office. Half the time our nurses called out, the agency never bothered to call and make sure we were aware wed have no nurse showing up for their scheduled shift. There was a lot of disorganization. When our child was first dismissed from the PICU after a 9 month hospitalization, I remember the clinical manager for our case at the time swung by our house the day of our discharge, basically said, "how are things going? good?", dropped off some supplies and left within a matter of minutes. No assessment done on my child that day, and she got out of there faster than a bat out of hell. One month, the nurses ran out of med sheets for my child. The office staff refused to bring more sheets over to our house and told the nurses it was their responsibility to call customer service to get more empty med sheets. I think they spent half the week having to write out all of the medications administered by hand because it took so long for customer service to send new sheets. Our child had been approved for 24 hour, round the clock nursing care, yet we struggled so much with this company in getting nurses hired for our case. We were only given one primary day nurse. 2 other nurses were with us for a short time (Im talking for like a month here) but ultimately didnt work out due to scheduling issues. Of the 3 nurses we had, there was a huge lack of professional boundaries with 2 of them (showing up late for shifts, discussing their personal family matters with me and my husband). So when we finally cut ties with Accurate, we only had one nurse that had been given to us from them. When this last nurse decided to quit, we told the agency to forget it and that we would no longer be requiring any more headaches, excuse me, I mean services from them. We were assured, "well keep recruiting for help for your case." All I wanted to ask them was, "Oh really? The same way that youve been recruiting for us for the last 6 months?" If you have a child or loved one requiring in home nursing care as do we for our child, Im gonna take a shot in the dark and guess that youre probably dealing with a lot of extra worries, deadlines, stress, and sleep deprivation that often accompany the role of being a caregiver. Do you want any extra, unnecessary stress and frustrations to deal with? If so, buy a dartboard to let off some steam and grief this company will cause you if you go with them. If youd rather avoid this, stay away!!

This review is for the St.Cloud office. Wish I could give less then a star. We started with Accurate for a mental health behavioral aid, another aid and a inhome family therapist. When we first met with them they were unaware we wanted the therapist but once we told them then they said they would make sure to call us about it. About a week or 2 I called them and they had no idea we wanted one but were going to get us one. About a week or 2 latter I called and got the same story again. It must have taken at least 1 1/2 months to get the therapist. There was two different times 2 different workers had to cancel one day and the story the company gave us for them canceling was completely different then the story we got from the worker. So we were lied to. Another worker canceled more then she showed up so we told the company we did not want her anymore. So they got someone to replace her. While working with the company we had 2 different people that we worked with leave the company. Our son really liked both of these people. The last one that left the company was basically the only reason we had stayed with the company. This company kept giving us so many problems and I made it very clear that we liked one of the workers and she was the only reason we stayed with them. Well like I said we fired one of the people from working with us. Got a replacement and she was pretty nice. Then a month down the road out of nowhere the old one shows up. I flat out told her that we did not want to work with her anymore and I had no idea why she was here. That was the last straw. Since our favorite worker had left the company we saw our chance and ran from the company as fast as we could. Oh and one of the family therapists just did not show up for an appointment. Turns out they laid her off along with like 15 other people and did not even bother telling us. Stay away from this place! In about a week we are starting with Nystrom and associates. I can not say they will be better, but I am very confident that can not be worse.

Asked them to staff my son. They came out qualified my son for 24/day. I was very relieved to get the help we desperately needed. Two months passed. Still no staffing. Finally got an interview from someone who wanted one 16 hour day a week. Ok I guess we can do that. Then called saying she decided to go with another family. Its ok. I get it. THEN get a call. She changed her mind she wanted to work with us. Umm what?!?! We decided to go the cac waiver and hire our own support staff. Only to call them for their assessment to be emailed to us. They got surly and said "well we never did an assessment only a qualification" I asked for that to be sent. Again the customer service rep got snippy with me said shed have it by the end of the day. I told her that wasnt acceptable. I requested it last week. Its not that hard to RESEND OVER WHAT YOU DID! She said "fine but your county is going to need more. SOOO did they ever qualify him. Ill never know. Im not holding my breath on if this is what we need. But Im glad we never started really working with them.

The lack of communication and knowledge this is a company I would not hire again. They are constantly going through employees. They focus WAY to much on there day treatment program and brush off the in home program. Granted we been lucky to have a few good MHBA however the majority of them have been a major let down along with their supervisors. I think a company that has so many ties to one another, example a MHBA best friend with her boss, another supervisor its her sister, and it reminds me of a over grown high school with clickiness. If you ever have to work with Megan she is the worst person when comes to communication and lack of respect for clients. They say there to help the client in fact i think they help themselves out more than anyone, and the client is left to suffer. Despite the few good people I met i would not recommend this company to anyone with a special needs child.
