Debbie T. My Story “Love Never Fails” - what an accurate description for the many wonderful people at Agape Home Healthcare! My experience with Agape has been great from the start of my service. The Community Service Coordinator was at my side to comfort me when I went into the hospital. When I came home, Home-care was there from the beginning to care for me and make the transition easier. The Attendance Coordinator stayed on top of things and made sure someone came to my home a few days a week to help me bathe, dress and keep my home a safe place. The RN who came in a few days a week to take my vitals was so nice and compassionately listened to me talk about all my aches and pains. My Physical Therapist helped me get my legs back and learn how to keep my muscles strong. I do not even have to use my walker now! The whole Agape team assigned to me stayed on top of my care and helped me regain my independence. For this I am so grateful! Agape staff showed me love, compassion and gave me great professional service. I have recovered enough to not need their help right now, but am glad to have made some awesome friends along the way. They love you, and you end up loving them. If I had to rate Agape Home Health Care a rating (1 not good and 10 as very good), Id give them a 10+ and would never hesitate to use Agape again or recommend them to family or friends in need. LOVE NEVER FAILS, indeed. I hope I don’t need help again in my future, but if I do, Agape is the first place I’ll call. Thank you for all youve done to make this a better life for me. over a year ago I enrolled a family member to receive services from agape. they were so nice and always pleasant how ever the enrollment process took so long the state contacted me to see if i wanted to go with another company. when contacting agape NO one knew anything and then i was told oh well we sent the paper work to the doctor to get signed 2wks ago and havent heard anything or received it back yet!!! Have you heard of follow up!!! Then I was advised to call the doctors office. When the paper work was finally in I was told by D she didnt have a worker and would have to find one. The services started soon and I even liked the worker but it has been incident after incident with this company and even wrongly stopped my family members benefits at one point. Agape treats their clients as though they dont need anymore. I am now with another company that i am completely satisfied with.

Prior to my daughter Christys death, she received attendant care services through Agape Home Healthcare. When I visited their offices more that 2 years after her death, I was shocked to discover that their Program Manager, Prasad Varghese, and other staff members, who have provided services to so many over the years, remember my daughter by name. That impressed me, but words cant express how deeply touched I was to discover that during my darkest days, Agape staff members had been praying for my daughter and me, as they routinely do for all of their clients during their morning prayer circle. It gave me so much comfort to discover that my daughter had been in the care of such loving, fellow Christians. Wow! Thank you for being there when we needed you!

My experience with Agape Home Healthcare is that it is a network of caring professionals that go the extra mile to help people with health issues have a better day. I have seen the attendants, nurses, physical therapists and more bring a smile and a loving touch to someone in need everyday. There is also a big office team dedicated to getting the services to the clients and supporting the medical team in the patient/client homes. Together the medical staff and office staff create the best home health team in the Metroplex. Thanks for all you do.

During my sales and marketing career Ive worked at some great places, but Agape Home Healthcare is the best. The staff sincerely cares for their clients and the christian environment is a plus! Agape has been in business since 1994 and continues to provide quality, loving and compassionate care to the people they serve. Im proud to represent Agape Home Healthcare and Agape Hospice Care in the community. Its reassuring to know our clients are treated with respect and dignity by people committed to their jobs and service.

I didnt like the fact that they dont make them selves responsible for paying the overtime that the employees work. They are very unorganized, i was robbed of nearly $600 simply because they didnt take the time,responsibility or interest to communicate and explane to me how the comoany works i worked hours for them for free i had so much trouble contacting them...this is just such a horrible experience with this company. I dont recommend working at agape at all.

I used Agape for my father a few years back and am in need of in-home personal care now for my mother. Will I call Agape? Absolutely not. With my father, aides showed up late and sometimes not at all and when they did show up, the were lazy lazy lazy. We did have a couple of aides that were OK but the vast majority were not. Agape obviously has gotten too big to properly staff employees who are competent and caring.

This is the worst place to work!!!!! they never pay you on time an they are cross and rude. They dont care about their attendants at all. When you call in to speak to payroll about when you will get paid they are rude and give u the run around especially Courtney he is always rude

Im really getting fed up with this company just because its a weekend dont mean workers dont need their money we have bills that are set to be paid on payday. Agape you guys have to do better this is ridiculous. #WHERES MY MONEY IT IS PAYDAY.
