Mr. Lane Atkins, and Staff are Amazing. I had the pleasure of working and being apart of an absolute fabulous team, for over 6 bless years. Im so very proud of Home Instead, and how they meet the needs of not only their clients, but also the Families and pets. Remarkable. I love each and everyone in the Company, and all Families I had the privilege to care for. Thanks so very much for everything and everyone. Great experience with each Family. Weve worked with Home Instead for years and have been very pleased with them. The caregivers that they find seem to either be a cut above or Home Instead is just better at listening to the needs that we have. They are responsive and friendly and willing to think outside the box. And perhaps most importantly, weve had caregivers who work for other agencies who werent happy with their employer, but the ones who worked for this office speak in glowing terms (especially about a former employee named Debbie that we really liked as well) and feel respected and treated well by their employer. How they treat their employees says a lot about a company.

Home Instead Senior Care (Addison, TX) is a God-send for our family. Our 94 year old mother, like many of the elderly, was not keen on the idea of a stranger coming into her home to keep her company and do some chores. Mother is picky, we warned, but Lane and Debbie assured us that they would find the right person for her. Now, after just a few weeks, my mother has bonded with her new friend from Home Instead and she looks forward to her regular visits. This is a group of dedicated folks who work together like a family for the benefit of families. They truly care about the health and well being of their clients, and I recommend them highly.

Very good experiences w owner, office staff and the two ladies who have cared for our senior loved ones. More about the ladies. Both are professional, dependable, resourseful, self starting, hard working, mature and gentle with our seniors. frankly, one of the most intimidating aspects of deciding to care for Roses parents in our home was the stories of harsh and dishonest hired caregivers. We very much appreciate that our experience w Home Instead caregivers, Amanda and Vergie, has been just the opposite. Wow! I cant tell you what a help Home Instead was for my family. When my father had a fall and we were having a difficult time I called on the Friday of a very busy weekend and they had help on the way immediately. Light housekeeping, companionship, staying overnight occasionally (for additional help) to genuinely caring for both my father and my family are just some of the many reasons that I highly recommend this company. I have many friends with aging parents and believe me I will recommend Home Instead Senior Care in Addison, Texas. We were very pleased and I know you will be too.

I have been using Home Instead Senior Care out of Addison Texas for over a year now to mostly have a caregiver take my Mother to all of her doctor appointments and then they usually go to lunch somewhere. Mom has always enjoyed the company of every caregiver and since I dont live in town, I can be relaxed knowing that the caregiver will show up on time and get my mother to her appointments and back home safely. They have competitive rates with other similar companies, but the care and reliability is what keeps me coming back.

For the last several years I have used Home-Instead in Addison Texas. I not only relied on them for extended visits when I had my hip replaced but, multiple short trips to medical appointments. They have never gotten me there late and have always been professional, respectful and courteous from the management staff to the individual caregivers that deliver the direct client care. I would recommend them not only to friends but, family members.
