I was lucky to contact Home Instead for home health care services for my mom. They strived to find the perfect match for her so that the time they spent together could be positive, comforting, and enjoyable. The care givers were focused first and foremost on her safety They tended to all her needs with care and concern, providing help with medication reminders, hydration, light meal preparation, and mobility. From the amazing Kelly who managed the scheduling to Leslie in the office to caregivers such as Ann and Gabby, I couldnt have been more pleased or more reassured about moms professional and friendly care. I would recommend them without reservation.

By way of background, my elderly mother lives in Texas; I live in New York. While healthy, she requires assistance with daily living activities and that’s where Home Instead Senior Care of Collin County has provided much needed support. From my initial call to the firm, I’ve been impressed with the entire team….. Jay has provided much needed “brotherly advice", Kelly and Leslie are quick to respond to events on the ground and the care-givers are kind and attentive. Beyond having my unqualified professional endorsement, I would add that they’ve all become part of my extended Texas family!

Recently I became very ill with an infection and ended up in the hospital. Once I was released from the hospital and a rehabilitation center I was back home alone. I was still weak and Home Instead had a caregiver come into my home to help me with make my meals and do my laundry. I couldnt have stayed home alone without their help. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help to stay safe in their home.
