Had a hard time with head manager receptionist and this wasnt the only time I have had a problem with her. Wasnt too nice about scheduling, wanting to listen, or give a chance for me to speak. When I said, "that I feel school is more important than missing school to go to the dentist for a check up." She said, "well thats going to be a problem with scheduling your appointments" and didnt want to listen to anything else I was asking for and speaking above me. Then put me on hold for 10 minutes to check her schedule after arguing with me to where I had to call back. I felt very disrespected by her. The place is nice to keep children entertained while waiting for an appointment, and the dentist is great with kids.

Dr. Nick is one of the best childrens dentists out there. He and his team are like magicians and my kids are never scared to go to the dentist. I appreciate their approach to little kids and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist for their children.

My kids love Walnut Hills! The waiting room is fun and the exam area is open and non-intimidating. Staff and dentist are excellent at what they do. Very convenient and easy to get in/out.
