If I could I would give a negative star rating but it said I had to give a star to post my review. I am now 20 years old, I had work done in this office when I was around 13-16 years old. I had the absolute worst experiences here. This is a horrendous place in my opinion, I would highly recommend not taking your children here. Since I had the misfortune of going to this office, I now will suffer life long damage done to my teeth by the dentist. He gave me whole surface fillings.. in silver.. on permanent teeth. My insurance did pay for white fillings, My mother told him WHITE. When I came out, I had silver. With a majority of the teeth he filled, now gone (There was hardly any tooth left, all silver filling). My mother was very upset and asked him why he did silver when she specifically said white, He said "She will lose those teeth" Well, as I said I am now 20 and hm.. Still havent lost those teeth. They were my permanent molars. And now I have to live with the horrific way it looks (They appear gray since there is so much silver. He even drilled one of my molars in 3 different places, he took the side of that tooth up to the gum line!! It doesnt even look like a tooth anymore) and as well as the pain and sensitivity it causes, until the fillings one day fall out. Which they will. Another dentist told me you are never supposed to use that much silver in a filling and that when it does fall out, there will be hardly any tooth left to even be able to refill and fix so I will completely lose those teeth. Great! THANKS! Besides the horrendous dental work, I also never had a good experience at this office as I always felt pain. Yes, I know fillings are uncomfortable. But this was true pain I was feeling the whole time, to the point I felt as if I was going to pass out. EVERY TIME I went to get work done. When I told him it was really hurting, he supposedly would give me more novacane. Still NEVER helped and when I would again say this is still hurting, He would get very mad and tell me it shouldnt. So I suffered in pain every visit I needed work done. If that wasnt already bad enough, the dental assistants were even rude. It came time to do x-rays for my teeth and I have a very bad gag reflex, I tried as hard as I could to try to keep it calm but after a minute or so I couldnt any longer and I started coughing and gagging, She started yelling at me telling me "Im old enough" and "Should be able to handle this" I can not help my gag reflex? No matter the age I was. As if I really need to say it, Clearly, IN MY OPINION, Due to my experiences; This office, the work and all that comes with it is awful and very unprofessional. Again, *I, myself, would highly recommend to not bring your children here. My teeth are completely ruined. And now I feel horrible and self conscious about the way they look, Not to mention the pain and suffering I feel from what was done. In my opinion, I would ask and recommend to please not put your children through the experiences I had to go through.

Weve been seeing Dr. Rob for 4 years since our daughter was 3. He is amazing with children, very patient and thorough. The staff has always treated us wonderful. Weve never had a single issue. I am very surprised by all of the terrible reviews because Ive never had a single complaint and Dr. Rob is a very, very sweet man(sings to the children, etc)

Great experience! My daughter has been going here for 9 years and she loves it! Friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable staff! They make a dentist experience happy for little ones! I recommend them to everyone! Wish I could have them as my dentist!!

The staff, hygienists, and doctors are all so welcoming and knowledgeable! They know how to make it a good experience, and if your child is struggling they also know how to get it done quickly! Our kids have fun and are in great hands here.

Great pediatric dentist. My son has no fear of going to the dentist. Theyre always on time. Sr. Burns was available when I had questions. The hygienists are very nice and can answer many of the questions you may have.

All the staff there are just amazing! Always on top of everything to make sure your needs and your childs are met. very clean and friendly environment. Dr. Rob is the best! Definitely give it 5+ stars!

Dr. Burns is amazing! My kids love him! We have been seeing him since our kids had teeth and it really does help that they know everyone there and its so kid friendly which makes mom happy too!
