I would not recommend this place as a place to work or live. There has been several discrimination cases filed against the administrator and other management staff. For example, 3 African-American employees, in the last month, have been suspended and kicked out of the building for minor issues (which, by the way, all have come back unsubstantiated) and in 1 of those cases, the police have been called FOR NO REASON!! A Caucasian employee was turned in to management for ABUSE and she was NEVER suspended nor kicked out of the building! If this doesnt scream RACISM, I dont know what does! If these Caucasian management staff are harassing and kicking the African-American employees out of the building, WHO THE HELL IS CARING FOR THE POOR RESIDENTS???

Working here was by far the worst mistake of my life. The staff here treats everyone so badly, especially the nursing staff. If youre planning on working in Dietary, I would advise you to rethink it. The supervisor literally tricks people into working shifts that arent even on the schedule!!
