Not the greatest by any means. The front office staff seems to hate their job and does not care about patients concerns. I am on a strong dose of anti depression medication and its a fight every month trying to get them to send in a new prescription. For those of you that dont know quitting a antidepressant cold turkey is not only a bad idea but down right dangerous. Every month I usually have a few days of not having pills because they wont refill it without the argument. Also, have tried to get a referral to a nutritionist and that took over a month and a half to accomplish. This place is circling the drain. I highly recommend finding a doctor in rockwall or Greenville stay away from this place.

We have been seeing Dr. Rester for over 15 years. We followed him from his office in Rowlett. When he moved, we tried another practice close to our home, but after a couple bad experiences we now make the drive to Royse City. We have found him to be very knowledgeable. He doesnt pretend to know everything, but he will research whatever is going on and doesnt over treat you. He actually takes the time to listen to his patients and their concerns. I would (and have) recommended him to anyone of any age. His staff has always been very helpful with our insurance, and again he does not over test or over treat his patients.

This place is awesome! The staff is friendly and efficient. The doctors, nurses and allied health providers are very caring and pleasant. Ive been going to this office for a year and woud recommend to everyone. Dr. Rester is great by my Dr. is Dr. Swafford he is just awesome!
