If you work at UnitedHealth Group you will face nepotism, racism, sexism and the pleasure of working with some of the most hard cussing, egotistical individuals you will ever meet. The Human Resources Department is run by 2 racist women. Both of them have the attention span of a wood bug. Minorities are treated like Trash. If you are white welcome to the exclusive club. I’m white I worked for UnitedHealth Group in upper management. If you are a minority member especially African American Man or woman your whole experience going to turn into a racist nightmare the Entire Human Resources is made up mostly of white women and white men this is the reason why they won’t hire black people to be part of the Human Resources department . If you are a minority especially black men forget about it you will never get hired or succeed with such organization. Management and Human resources department are purely racist jerk such company need to be check out by the US government

Stay away from UHC insurance !!!!!Horrible company with terrible policies!!!! Had an emergency and they didnt cover out of network doctors that were available to deal with my emergency at the time!! In an emergency the patient cant choose or control who provides the service. Called UHC and explained this was not right and they could care less after you pay your premium!! If you have a choice, choose another company!!!!

Dr. Mach CEO of Evercare has refused to address in all his work the lack of care that Insurance Companies give to their customers, including his own. When money is deducted from Social Security to pay for Medicare and not get the services we are entitled to, thats steeling.
