This group of clowns is the most inept that I have ever dealt with. On Monday morning, my doctor faxed over an order for an MRI to them. I waited for their call. On Tuesday afternoon, I called them and asked if the order had been received from my doctor. I was told that YES, the order had been received and the scheduler had not put me in the system yet. I was to "just be patient". I waited on Wednesday, Thursday, and by Friday afternoon I called again. This time, while speaking with the same person as on Tuesday, the one who told me the order was received now told me that the order had not been received. I asked why was I not told that on Tuesday when I called and spoke them. I waited "patiently" like I was instructed to do on Tuesday, and wasted WASTED an entire week. Never go to this hospital! Completely inept.

Weve been here multiple times and always have to wait a ridiculous amount of time (with an appointment). Today my mom is here for a chest cat scan so she was instructed not to eat beforehand (its now after 1 in the afternoon)....which is fine, but shes a diabetic and weve been waiting over an hour. Why schedule appointments if you dont have the staff/time for them. #TickedOff
