If you have a choice to take yourself or your kids somewhere else please do so. The staff is incredibly lazy. I went in for body aches, stiff neck and back on a Sunday evening (care now was closed). The doctor listened to me breathe and treated me for a sinus infection. Keep in mind I had no symptoms of a sinus infection/running nose/congestion, so Im not sure where he pulled that from. Oh and he prescribed me cough medicine, although I did not cough once while being seen. There was a patient next to me coughing and I guess he assumed it was me and just went with it. Later that night I start throwing up, my body aches increase. I cannot keep anything down (again, not signs of a sinus infection). After I see the blood increasing in my throw up I decide its time to go back. I cant keep anything down and Im on so much pain. 6 hours later I drive back to this place again (I know, stupid me). The same Doctor sees me again, (Felix) and again looks at me and says what do you need? I explained to him like I explained the first go around. My body hurts, I have a high fever, my neck is stiff all the way down through my back. He tells me to turn my head left and right and says I do not have a stiff neck. So he will prescribe me some naseau medicine ??? My question is why was a strep test not done? Why not test for mono!? Why not actually try to figure out whas wrong with me?!?! Meanwhile they are out at the nurses station just laughing and joking about the patients.

Took my son there yesterday at about 6 pm. He had a fever and wasnt eating. He had just been holding his mouth open because his throat hurt so bad he could not swallow. Dr. O was his doctor. He was too concerned about him crying during the exam to thoroughly do a complete exam. So instead, he did a chest x-ray and a flu test. Initially, I told the nurse that I had given my son Tylenol at 5:30 so of course he didnt have a high temp when they took his temp. I was told he has a cold or his allergies, given a perscription for Zyrtec, and told to give him pedialite popsicles. Ha! 11:00 pm my son his screaming. Not just crying, screaming. My son is 19 months old by the way. Gave him what I could medicine wise and he was finally able to sleep some around 3 am. Got to his normal pediatrician this morning and guess what? He has hand, foot, mouth disease... ulcers on his throat and strep! Which would have been seen if the doctor had originally looked in his mouth instead of giving me a stupid diagnosis and brushed us off. Learned my lesson and going back to Primacare next time. Nothing anyone can say will change this decision. Horribly disappointed and have never been treated like that with any of my 4 children in a doctors office. Avoid this place.

I took my son here at 2 in the morning, because he had a fever. He had the flu and at this point could only treat the symptoms with Tylenol and fluids. The nurse and doctor were really rough with my son. He is 5 and has a fever and its 2 in the morning. The nurse was checking his throat, ears, nose and jabbed the swab in both his nose and thoat. The first few years of your kids life are full of doctor appointments and never have I seen a nurse be so rough and just jab it in hurting his nose and almost making him throw up. The doctor was something else, he told my son once to turn so he can check his ears and my son being scared from the nurse being rough with him hesitated and the doctor got upset and his tone changed to frustrated and said "Im not going to ask you again, I will turn off the cartoons" and grabbed him roughly by his arm and turned him on his side. I almost lost my myself and could not believe the way he grabbed my kid and spoke to him. No matter who you are I dont believe this is OK, but especially a doctor I dont believe this behavior is acceptable. I would not recommend this place especially kids. I will drive out a little further to another location where the staff is friendly and care about their patients.

Im sitting here with my son with a neck injury, his pain is an 8 he havent been offered anything for pain. Im actually sitting here watching one of the very unfriendly Nurses play on his phone. This is my third time coming here each time for one of my children I have experience the same treatment each time, very rude unfriendly staff. Its very sad when you come to a hospital where u suppose to see smiling faces and ppl excited about their jobs instead u get ppl that look like they would rather be anywhere but at work. If I could give no stars I would. I will not be returning here again. Oh and on top of all that the doctor that came in to see my son I still dont know his name because he did even bother to mention it. For about 3 of the five mins he he was here he talked standing in the door with it half way cracked. This place is very sad. Now I have to sit here and listen to personal conversations from staff. Where did these ppl come from????????? The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant. Its the nurses in the back that u should beware of.

I had a cut on my finger that I went to get check out. The wait was very short. The nurse asked some questions and started to make some tasteless suicide and self-harm jokes. Came off as very inappropriate. The doctor applied skin glue which came off in a couple days. I went to another doctor that told me due to the tension in the area, the skin glue was a mistake. The same doctor also misdiagnosed my dads torn meniscus as arthritis pain. He didnt answer my questions about what I could and couldnt do with the skin glue. UPDATE: I was just billed 330 dollars for a hassle of a ignorant doctor. I received better treatment for 280 dollars less. The rep did get in contact with me, but was unhelpful. They told me they would talk to the nurse and doctor, but I have no confirmation if they actually did. The staff is administration is friendly, but ask for prices if you can and if they dont know do not trust them.

I visited on Monday with flu like symptoms after being seen by the doctor I was told I has a sinus drip. I received medication and was told if I didnt get any better to contact them. Well upon my discharge I was told based on my insurance I owed $250. WOW!!!!!! When I questioned why I was being charged this outrageous amount i was then told because of my insurance thats my out of pocket cost for an emergency room visit. So I paid, and of course my symptoms has not improved. I called back and was then told that if I needed to be seen it would be a separate visit. Wow!!! Really after paying $250 you think. Im highly upset. Great night shift staff though!!!
