The ladys at the front desk are extremely extremely rude and disrespectful. I rescheduled an appointment due to inclimate weather and keep in mind I live over a hour away. The receptionist called me and got very very rude because the doctor would be their a hour and a half with nothing to do. When I rescheduled I was told due to so many rescheduled appointments I could not be scheduled they would work around Me. I was the first person their at 8 am and they seen three people prior to me even though I told them to had to be at work by 10 matter fact I told the receptionist two weeks before I had to be done by 10. When I got up and addressed this the receptionist said I had been a no show no call to many times. When I corrected her and told her I called every time she told me if it wasnt 24 hours ahead it didnt count. I tried to kindly explain I work and I wasnt able to make it and her response was well everyone works so I ask if I could be scheduled again after all this and she said well we cant schedule you until you show goods appointments history. How the hell can I do that of you guys cant even work with me? Not to mention I drove a hour wasted my gas was almost late to work for being at my appointment on time. I will never go back and I dont reccomend them to anyone. I even sent my husband to them to get a tooth extracted and he was in pain for days after finally after being in pain for days he started looking around and noticed half of the tooth that was pulled was still inside his gums.. This was the last draw they are absolutely terrible have no mannors and complete disregard for their patients. Spend your money wisely and take your business somewhere its appreciated

At first i was so thankful for coxs but now had done some fillings instead root canal that a different dentist had said i would need done....had a filling on my front tooth and its now falling out...hasnt even been two months since it was done....also had one on my back tooth and it has now hurt to chew on that side from the moment the pain killers wore off and when i went back to get it fixed all they said was to use sensitivity toothpaste...it didnt hurt before getting the filling why in the world would it hurt now?!? So upset because now i no longer live there and therefore have to pay out of pocket to get the half a** work they did fixed nd as a single mom i dont have the funds to do this! So frustrated now...

My wife had to have a lot of dental work done and we started using Bright Smiles on Ring Rd. We were not happy with the results or service, so we decided to try Cox Family Dental. After a few visits, we are not only pleased with the service and friendliness, we are amazed enough to actually take the time out of our busy schedules to write this review (very rare for us).

The Mouse Addicts

I first went to Brite smile dental and they broke my teeth and totally jacked up my mouth. Cox family dental saved the teeth the other dentist broke, dr. Cox did what other dentist said couldnt be done. I love this place and it will forever be my new dentist. The whole staff was kind and they truly saved my smile and self esteem!!!

Very very rude. Im 15 weeks pregnant, having miserable tooth pain and im out of town the staff was very rude to me cause i had never got my wisdom teeth tooken out cause i was a single mom and no babysitter. Very rude at the front desk will never be seeing them again. No respect what so ever
