You can ask anyone on staff at their office about my fear of pain, fear of dental procedures, and me always telling them of that fear, anxiety, and nervousness with regards to going to the dentist. I have had to have major dental work including extractions, deep cleaning, fillings, and now having a partial made. I cant thank Dr. Swanson, and the entire staff for (1) making me feel welcome, (2) understanding of my deep rooted fear (3) their care both while there as well as after leaving. I always receive a follow up call to check on me and the work they performed. I cant praise them enough for what they have done and continue to do for me. I have referred them new clients and will do so every time the chance arises. If you are looking for a caring staff and dentist to visit and if you have the dreadful fear that I had then this is the place for you.

When I walk into Hurstbourne Dental Care office, Im greeted with a smile, and Erica calls me by name. Already Im feeling good about this visit. I barely have time to sit, say nothing about reading something out of a great selection of magazines, when another friendly face pops up and leads me to the treatment room. With much consideration about my well-being, the team provides the most professional care Ive ever had in my life. Besides being perfectionists, they remember me and my life experiences. I am so glad I found the Browns, their Associate Doctors, and the very capable staff. It is satisfying plus to know Im in good hands, my teeth are being given the best care, and I am surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere. Margi.

I came to Hurstbourne Dental around 20 months ago in search for a better smile. Dr.Swanson recommended Invisalign to resolve my concerns about the appearance of my teeth. Today I am loving my new smile! Not only did I get a straighter smile but overall a healthier mouth thanks to the care and guidance of Dr.Swanson. Swanson and her staff have been awesome at accommodating appointments to work with my work schedule, always super nice and friendly as can be. If youre looking for a more personal experience vs the herd you in and out dentist, I suggest you make an appointment with Hurstbourne Dental, Im confident you will be impressed with the staff and service. I found Hurstbourne Dental Care while surfing the web. I was looking for a dentist that caters to cowards. Rhonda Swanson and her staff were just what I was looking for. Everyone has treated me like a person, and considering what I gave her to work with, I think shes a genius. The professionalism Ive experienced at this office impeccable while still making me feel like a friend. I do have to say I was scared to death to have "some" teeth pulled, and thanks to Rhonda I think Ive overcome my fear, not all of it, but most of it. I just want to give you and your staff a big huge Thank You, and let everyone know that if they pick your office for all their dental needs they cant go wrong!!

I have been a patient at Hurstbourne Dental Care for approximately three years. I am always treated with respect and care from the moment I walk through the door. I feel as if they are family! I have required a lot of treatment and even though this isnt my favorite thing to do--I wouldnt do it anywhere else. I hadnt been to the Dentist for quite some time before my first visit. I was real nervous about my first cleaning; Im sure you can imagine. I couldnt believe it when they had to wake me up. Thats right! I actually fell asleep. Now that was amazing. So if you are looking for a Dentist, I highly recommend Hurstbourne Dental Care. Theyre the best!!!!

This office is amazing! Every single person I spoke with was extremely friendly, and there is a fun atmosphere in the office. The woman at the front desk was very warm and I appreciated that as many offices can make you feel like you are bothering them from the minute you arrive- I felt welcome from the start. My hygienist was great, she laughed and joked with me through the whole experience, and I felt very comfortable even during the not so comfortable parts of my check up. She also explained things very well! Dr. Swanson was also very kind, and quick! I was so happy with my experience here, I will be recommending them to anyone who asks!

My children and I have had the BEST experiences with the ladies at the office. The care that the ladies provide is very welcoming! Gina cleaned my teeth with such gentleness, I thought that she was joking about the process! The dentist is thorough and spoke a language that I could understand about each procedure. I also appreciate Ericas billing skills! I do not feel as if they are creating problems just to make some money. My children have not had any complaints and no longer complain about going to the dentist. I would recommend this office to ANYONE looking for exceptional care and a great atmosphere.

My husband and I have been with Hurstbourne Dental for 9 years and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. They have state of the art equipment and the service is outstanding. They recommended the Invisalign product to straighten my teeth and they now look great. They have all the latest teeth whitening products and their prices are reasonable. Everyone there is extremely proficient and thorough. They are respectful of their patients and get you right back eliminating long waits. The staff is extremely pleasant and I feel like family on each and every visit. I give Hurstbourne Dental 5 stars!!

I hadnt been to the dentist in several years. Ive had enough bad experiences with dentists to write a book. I knew I needed dental care but was still very reluctant to go. After reading the reviews here, I decided to bite the bullet and try Hurstborne Dental Care. SOOOO GLAD I DID! They are all very professional. They cater to wimps and cowards and after a couple of visits, I found my fears were gone and I actually enjoyed my visits. Who would have ever thought that?! I had extensive work done and was never in any pain. Give them a try! You wont be sorry.

I really lucked out with these girls. The only reason I went there was because it was a mile from my house. Im so glad I was too lazy to drive much further!! Im very phobic when it comes to doctors and dentists, but Dr. Swanson and her staff made me feel completely comfortable from day one. The whole office has a very familial feel to it, and the girls are always smiling and laughing. If youre really lucky, Dr. Swanson may even treat you to one of her super corny dentist jokes!

I dont usually write reviews, but I have to say this has been my best dentist experience ever! Typically, I avoid the dentist because Im terrified of dental work, and have never had a good experience. My hygienist was gentle and kind. Dr. Swanson made sure I felt no pain while she filled my SEVEN cavities. And, when I had some sensitivity afterward, they squeezed me in that same afternoon to fix the problem. If youre also a coward when it comes to dental work, I recommend them!
