Three weeks after Phipps pulled a molar I was in excruciating pain. I called her office wanting to talk with her. I was told she would be too busy to talk with me at all that day. I was told my problem could NOT be "dry socket", even though another dentist identified my symptoms as dry socket and the treatment for it ended my pain. It seemed to me that she definitely did not care about the pain I was in, and not talking with me about it seemed very unprofessional I am now searching for a dentist that will care about my pain enough to talk with me about it when I call in with excruciating pain. Based on this experience I have had with Phipps and Elite Family Dentistry, my feeling is that they are unprofessional.

I see the review from Bruce and am very surprised about his experience. I have been going there for a couple of years now and she has repaired shotty work done by my previous dentist. I have been very pleased and they have always responded to any issues I have had. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family, and actually have done so.
