I didnt get the chance to take my son. After speaking to the horribly rude and pushy receptionist (that tried telling me it was illegal to not take you child to a dentist by one year old) I decided to take my son elsewhere. I had heard wonderful things about this dentist was was completely surprised and appalled at the manner in which business is conducted over the phone. Also after learning my dental insurance would not cover all the services claimed to be needed I was quickly dismissed and rushed off the phone with a quick apology. I also find the willingness to admit it is ok to upset young dental patients and brush off their crying as part of the process as admitted by the receptionist to be another factor in taking my son elsewhere.

All 3 of my children (grade school age tripkets) love Childrens Dental Care, and so do I! We have been coming here for 4 years. Here is why we love it: 1. They have a room with 3 exam chairs. There is a chair for mom to wait. Very efficient and helpful to have them in 1 room! 2. One of my daughters has an oral aversion, and the staff here works wonderfully with her. At the last examination they actually got x-rays without a fit. She has never been able to handle this before! 3. Their patience is amazing. They are very comforting. My children never are scared. 4. They have lots of fun wall murals that make the place look friendly. 5. The dentists are very realistic, calm, and soothing. Excellent place!!!!

I took my kids here because everyone said how great it is. Now 2 out 3 of my kids have a mouth full of metal. Took my youngest there and they said she needed same thing i decided to get a 2nd opinion and her new dentist said she has no cavitys, and is requesting to see my other 2 childrens dental records now to see if they did also. Dr erica likes to make mothers feel horrible for giving juice or chocolate milk. And my kids didnt like her as well, as for the other dentist there i never seen him he maybe different but i would not recommend this dental office to anyone. They are overpriced and do not care about their patients.

Left out Important billing details. They gave me the cost upfront for the work done in office. My son needed work and being 1 had to be put under. They said they didnt know the hospitals portion of the bill. They need to communicate with the hospital in letting customers know the total price of procedures. The associates had great attitudes and very friendly. I thought the dentist was great with him. Just disappointed in the way they left out big numbers in the bill, and neglected to give me the costs of the portion done at the hospital.

I left one pediatric dentist, not because of the physician, but for the people in the office. Here, everyone is very nice! They interact well with the kids, they had frozen being played in the waiting room, the sign up was easy and fast, and when Ashlynn needed a drink, they brought one out to her. They didnt rush her when they noticed she was shy and didnt try to push her and make her uncomfortable. Were going back in July for more good news.

My eight year old daughter and I love Childrens Dental Care in Batesville! Everyone is so very friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. I appreciate their child focused dental care and understanding of the unique dental needs of young patients. My daughter actually enjoys going to the dentist - something I never enjoyed as a child! I owe her enthusiasm to the staff at Childrens Dental Care. I cant imagine taking her anywhere else!

My three children have been going to Childrens Dental for a few years now. We absolutely love them. They are patient with your children if they are nervous and take the time to explain to them what they are going to do. We have seen both dentists at the office and both are great. The staff really is very wonderful. I will keep taking my children to Childrens Dental until they are old enough to not be able to go anymore.

Weve been taking our daughter here for about three years now. The staff are friendly and make her feel comfortable. The doctor is very good at getting the cleaning or filling work done quickly and without any undue stress on the patient. The dentist we used to take her to was in-network on our insurance...Childrens Dental is out-of-network, but theyre so good we pay the extra money out of pocket to get such good care.

I have taken my 4 year old son to Childrens Dental Care since he was 2 yeas old for his check-ups. Everyone there has always been kind, caring and patient with him. He was very scared and uncooperative the first few times that he went and they were always very patient and calm while treating him. The front office staff, dental assistant, dental hygienist and both dentists, that we have seen, have all been great!

Both doctors and all of the support staff were nothing but friendly, helpful, professional, and sincere. After having multiple procedures over 4 visits, my daughter is still looking forward to her next cleaning in August. I do believe her favorites were Dr. Eric and Careen, but she liked all of them. Thank you all for making the dentist tolerable, if not fun, for my daughter and all of the children!

Great staff! My daughter (5 yrs. old) was scared to go to the dentist her first time but after her initial visit, she was not scared to go anymore thanks to the kind and gentle staff! The building is very kid friendly so children have books, movies, and art to look at while they wait. They also utilize technology for great appointment reminders, shorter wait time, and easy sign-in processes.

Dr. Seth and his team have been great with our twin girls! They go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and answer their questions. We have 2 teenage girls that are so happy with their smiles now! I was worried that 2 in braces at the same time would be super expensive but the office worked with us on a payment schedule. Great experience all around!

I have been taking my son here for over a year now, and we just love it! He got his first picture of his teeth taken yesterday, so he was interested in the equipment and how it is used. They did such a great job explaining everything and they had so much patience with answering all of his questions (hes 3 so he has a lot of them)!

We take our three kids here and they look forward to it. The staff is all very nice and accommodating. They work with our schedules to make it as convenient and efficient as they can. We would recommend to anyone looking for a place to give your children a positive experience with a dentist.

Our 3 & 1 yr old both had their first appointments today. The staff were ALL super friendly and great with our children. Dr. Erica was very informative and worked very well with our little girls. All around it was a great experience and Im glad we chose them for our childrens care.

Childrens Dental Care in Batesville is a great dentist to go, they are friendly and respectable especially to the children! My kids especially look forward to going to the dentist! I have reccomended friends and family and will continue to do so as I have for the last 7 years!
