I LOVE this place and everyone there. My dog has some handling issues, but they are so kind and patient with him. They recognize him and greet us warmly when we come in. Its expensive, but Id pay the high price for the quality of care that we get. I know most of the staff by name because they all come out to say hello when we bring him in. Hes so excited to see them because theyre so good to him. They even over a counter conditioning program to help nervous pups get over their fear of handling. I couldnt ask for a better group of people to keep my dog healthy. I live in Middletown near several other clinics, but I drive to Fern Creek for Jefferson Animal Hospitals. Even the emergency clinic was wonderful!

I recently had my dog spayed and asked for a spay and teeth cleaning. When I went to pick her up they gave me paperwork to fill out to activate a micro-chip that I did not give consent to have implanted. They gave me the $40 back and said lets just act like it never happened and they would not activate the chip. Its hard to act like it never happened when I am reading how micro chips have caused tumors, cancer, infection and lead to death. I was happy with their services until this happened.

Very caring. very clean and attractive offices, never smell any hint of animal in there, all the staff and doctors are so helpful and knowledgeable. The doctors follow up with phone calls at home to check on our dog when she wasnt well. Prices are appropriate for the level of care and the quality of the facility and the doctors. Were very happy at JAH Fern Creek!

Quite a good veterinary center, have used them for decades and would highly recommend. I will note this center is probably one of the better facilities for birds and other small non-cat/non-dog critters (guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, ferrets, etc.)

Good place, friendly staff. The Vet, however, wasnt very friendly or empathetic. She performed her job more robotic-like than human.
