I personally wouldnt even give them 1 star if I didnt have to. Recently moved to the area and one of my fur babies was scratching nonstop so I took her here, doc wasnt even in the room more than 2-3 mins, didnt look at her just told me shes allergic to a rag weed, gave me a prescription and charged me $80. Medicine didnt do anything so I called back requested a different doc and this one did look at her, but proceeded to tell me she had a food allergy, prescribed more meds and charged me $70, once again it didnt cure the issue even after I changed her food. Over the weekend my fur baby was chewing at a spot that I never noticed before and it started bleeding, to me it looks like a tumor so I called in to request another visit and explained to them how bad it was, the secretary put me on hold then came back on the line to tell me they couldnt see her, but were going to prescribe me the same meds they did before. I mean really are they concerned about the pets well being or money??? Ill never take any of my dogs there again.

I had an appointment at 10:00, arrived at 10:02, and was greeted quickly. That was the only good part of my experience. I waited 45 minutes with no explanation as to what was taking so long. Every other patient was taken in before me, including the many that came in after me. I finally asked why I hadnt been seen and they assured me I was next. Well two minutes later they came out and called back someone who had gotten there only minutes before. I quickly told them I was taking my business elsewhere and that was when they finally offered to see what the holdup was. I told them no thank you because my toddler was losing patience and my newborn needed to eat. There was no apology - nothing. Im never going back. EDIT: They did call me soon after I left to apologize and offered to let me come back in within the hour and have top priority so I changed my rating from 1 to 2 stars. Im still not going back.

I took my tiny to them for 3 years he died June 20 had to take him to animal hospital across the bridge forest park never found anything wrong with him all the sudden he got sick I begged animal hospital to let me bring my boy in they wouldnt because I had no money till Monday finally got him in he had sugar liver cancer brain tumor so they said he died at 1-45 I had him 6 years it cost me 950.00 I was told he was doing better than went into cardiac arrest I dont believe it so I wouldnt take a worm too neaither one of them so hard Ill never forget that day. so now I got me little zoey and I will find a good vet that Cares about animals not the money I give both of them,

We took our dog here while visiting my parents. They were able to get us an appointment the next day after our dog got a Hotspot and it became infected. The entire staff was friendly and professional from the moment we walked. The doctor was polite and knowledge and listened to our concerns. For three different prescriptions and the office visit was 112 dollars. We would bring our dog here again while visiting family.

We have only been using Forest Park Animal Hospital for a couple of years, but I can tell you that out of all the Vets weve had (and theres been a lot seeing how I am in the Coast Guard) they are the best. Their customer service is second to none and they treat your pets like Family. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a a new vet. Best Vet in Panama City hands down!!
