If I could write a 0 review I would.. The dentist was very nice and hospitable the first few times I met with him. He suggested I re-do my old fillings, which I agreed to. He removed the old fillings and his dental assistants put in the new fillings. I was expecting him to do this, but maybe thats just how it works here. 4 months later and STILL unable to bite on the side of my mouth where he did the work, and having come back 3 times for bite adjustments to no avail, he turns from being the nice dentist he was at first. He humiliated me by what he said, and it can take up to 6 months for the pain to go away. 9 months later.... Absolutely cannot bite on the right side of my mouth. It will probably need a root canal, I dont know yet. So thanks for a horrible time.

Dr. Moore is a really great guy and he has very friendly staff. They are usually very prompt and get cleanings done quickly. The office has very comfortable chairs and TVs available for each chair if you have to spend a lot of time there (I did spend a lot of time there for lots of procedures a couple years ago). They can make crowns in office and are willing to make sure they get one with the best fit. My only issue is that they arent in my dental plan network since I moved back to the area, but I like them so much that I still use him as my dentist, even though it costs me some out of pocket money.

I have been seeing Dr. Moore since he finished dental school. I have followed him through 3 offices. I cannot imagine seeing any other dentist. Before going to Dr. Moore I hated going to the dentist, but now I dont mind going, and I actually go voluntarily every 3 months. The office staff are always courteous and friendly. Liz is very knowledgeable and I enjoy her personality. Dr. Moore and Liz believe in health education which begins with the mouth. I give the entire practice a 5/5. WOULD NOT GO ANY OTHER PLACE!

Weird how all the five stars comments are from the same place?? Nonetheless, my experience was horrible. Dentists I met seemed all stuck up. Gave horrible advices. Receptionists were lazy--could not get my billing correct for months. Go for yourself and see. I wonder who are all these people who gave such unison "great" reviews. Look at past comments and you can see they have a history of poor service, but then all of a sudden, a million five stars. Maybe this place has changed? or maybe...lol

Ive only been a patient for a couple of years, but I should have make the switch to them years before I did. Their dental exams and prosed plan for the work I needed was very helpful. Thanks to their educational explanations, I have employed several new dental care techniques. Much to my benefit, I might add. The entire staff at Moores are very friendly and competent. Dont forget to floss and brush twice daily.

This place is fantastic. Not only does the office look amazing, the staff are even better. They do whatever they can to make you comfortable. They have massage chairs, tvs, and even offer blankets. I cant say enough about the staff. They are so friendly and professional. I recommend this place to everyone.

Dr. Shawn is the best dentist in the city of Louisville. Our entire family loves him and his staff. I have never had pain. In fact, I had a root canal and didnt even realize he was doing it until it was over. My children would go to him without even needing me in the room, when they were very young.

I love this place. Its the third dentist Ive been too and I have finally found somewhere I want to stay. They go above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable; massage chairs, television, even blankets. The staff are the nicest people and make me look forward to coming in for my next visit.
