If I could give them 0 stars, I would. On the very first visit, when all I wanted was to take X-rays and pictures and get a treatment plan, after all that good stuff, I was shot with anesthetics, and my top right teeth were drilled. The doctor then said that she couldnt put the fillings in, and I needed a root canal (or possibly 2). I did not get the treatment plan or the pricing, but I was kindly offered the payment plan (i.e. personal credit). I left the office about 4 hours later with anesthesia, 2 temporary fillings and a total shock. Oh, and the website and voice answering system both say they are open on Saturdays. Lies, they are not. After I switched the dentist, it took them about 2 weeks to send my X-rays over. Stay as far away from this place as possible. They are shameless liars, and you have to pay for that.

Dr. Baluyut has been my dentist for over 20 years. She and her staff are always putting my care first by explaning to me every option available with the expectations for long term positive results and related costs enabling me to make an informed decision that works for me. Dr. B. as we affectionately refer to her has a very kind heart and is exceptionally good with children new to dental work. Dr. B. has always been a leader in dental technology often being the first to offer more advanced dental techniques and methods of gathering a better view of a patients dental condition through various types of xrays. Even with the use of advanced cameras Dr. B. is able to show the patient what she sees that we typically never get to see for ourselves

I believe these first few reviews are from another office. Signature smiles staff were friendly, helpful and extremely skillful in their service to me. I did, however, observe some patients who were very rude and disrespectful to the staff. I had a cap for one of my front teeth replaced. It was quick and painless. The technician was totally concerned with me and how I felt about how the tooth was going to look, which I would think was a very positive attitude to take with a new patient. The cap has never come off again (and they did not put it on in the first place) Dr. Baluyut saw me on an emergency basis as I was leaving town that morning. I suspect someone has some sort of ax to grind again the office. Too bad, it is a great place.

I had periodontal abcess in the christmas of 2012 around one of my molars. I was told that two molars had to be removed because the abcess was extending under both of them. After this, I was told that I needed an implant. I dont trust this because I feel they wanted to put the implant and get more money from me. That is why they removed both the molars otherwise removing only one molar wouldnt need an implant. The dentist told me that she would evaluate during operation whether the second molar needed to be removed but took my consent to remove both molars even before she could find out for sure whether it is affected or not. Would not advise this dentist at all

Yay! So happy to finally find a dentist that provides such great positive energy and that are so kind. Ive been dealing with dentist that would give an impression that they work there just because and discriminated based upon your insurance but this location helped my problem immediately. Not only were they so informative before, during and after the procedure but their top technology definitely helped eased any nervousness. I will definitely go there again and if I had the power to persuade you to go, I would.

Love this dentist office. Been going here for 8 years. I use to live up the street, but recently moved on the other side of town. Even after the move I continue to go to this dentist office. Went there today for my 6 month checkup and some to ask some questions, and like always everyone is always nice and informative. Dr. Arlene Baluyut always takes the time to answer my questions without rushing. Professional and clean. Great place.

I highly recommend Signature Smiles. I have gone to Dr. B. for years and will continue to go. However, there was a substitute dentist there while Dr. B. was out on medical leave and the substitute dentist was not personable, nor did she spend the time with me that Dr. B normally did. I understand that this particular substitute dentist is no longer there. You will get excellent and professional care with Dr. B.

I walked in and walked out with a smile! The dentist isnt everyones favorite place, but Ive always been very comfortable at the office...the staff is nice and Dr. B knows her stuff! A filling I had from growing up (back in CT) fell out, but they were able to squeeze me in the next day! It feels better than it even did before!

Staff is not very nice and friendly,my dental hygienist did not have a very good attitude.The front desk staff is not very patient to explain all the out of pocket expense.I think overall did not have very good experience with this office visit.
