The dentist is very nice and does a good job. However... We had to schedule our appointments two months out (the earliest they had available). I spoke with them on the phone twice before my appointment, And went in to fill out paperwork, and no one bothered to mention that they dont participate with our insurance! We even had to call to get records transferred, and go in and sign for them! I was pretty much told after the fact by the person in billing that she didnt see what the big deal was, because sometimes their rates are comparable to what they can bill for. So basically, at least our insurance paid for some of it... She was rude, made it seem like someone probably mentioned it but I misunderstood, and ended with, so do you want to take care of your bill now? Any one of the people I talked to could have mentioned that they dont participate, and in my opinion they knowingly omitted that information. A poor way to do business.

I went into this office with a horrible toothache and a stomach-turning dread of the dentist. I hadnt seen one in years because the fear was so great. But the pain I felt won over the fear and Rosewood took me in with open arms. Years later, I am completely better! My teeth are so much healthier and they even fixed this gross tooth of mine. They are always kind and patient and they even let me wear headphones so I can listen to my personal music (which always helps me). I love this place.

I am new to the area and wasnt sure where to take my family to the dentist. I am so glad I found Rosewood Dental. The receptionist was so nice and answered all my questions when I called in. The office has a very warm feeling and the hygienist was very gentle with my young children. Dr. Orley was very pleasant and patient with the kids and explained good brushing techniques. They arent afraid to go back to the dentist. Highly recommend this office.

Whether I call the office for an appt. or questions, the staff is always courteous. Dr. Orley is friendly, down to earth, very thorough and explains his findings in lay terms that I can understand. The hygienists do a great job cleaning my teeth every time. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Dr. Orley is my dentist for life!

Been Coming to Rosewood for more than 2 years. Every time I go in, Im met with very friendly staff. The dentist here is top of the line. They also do orthodontics work here as well. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Expensive, overcharged me a few times. Never willing to give me an accurate amount due. Always an estimate on my Bill. Still saying I owe them money when I clearly overpaid for one tooth!!
