Finally, Dr. Michael Barnett... how can you NOT like this guy? Hes always got a huge, contagious smile on his face. How he remembers every detail of my life, Ill never know, but I appreciate it. He never has to spend much time with me because hes a damn good cosmetic dentist and he has a great staff here in Louisville, KY. You can tell by their customer service that you are not just a number to them. They WILL go out of their way to make you happy. Dr. Barnett takes care of all things insurance, taking the stress completely off her happy customers. My next appointment is next month. I cant wait to see everyone and catch up!!! Who actually looks forward to seeing their dentist?! I do!! Its almost a shame I only get to go to the dentist twice a year...

Clearly the practice has excellent customer service with poor patient outcomes. The clinic ambiance is undeniably superb. However, after the dentist filled my teeth, I have been having constant low grade pain that was not present before the filling. My teeth have also become very sensitive to water and temperature changes which has negatively impacted my ability to eat food. Even after going back to the same dentist several times my problems were not resolved. All I can say to potential patients is to be VERY cautious as the customer service can be deceiving. Patient outcomes should be paramount.

As a person who has always been leery of dentists, and who has always dreaded regular appointments, I thought Stony Brook Dental care would be more of the same of what Ive always been used to. I was wrong! Dr. Barnett and his staff treat their patients wonderfully. Im always comfortable from the moment I walk in the door. They seem to have the latest technology and are very hospitable. The office and treatment of patients has a very high-end feel that makes those trips to the dentist much more enjoyable!

Stay away from this dentist and his staff. At the beginning, they are nice and you will be greeting and treated like a king. However, be careful after that, they will carry all kind of optional services without letting you know how much that costs. Furthermore, in the way of their speaking it seems to be fully covered by your insurance. You will be surprised at the check out desk! They try to steal money from your pocket. My family visited them once and will never come back.

I love Stony Brook Dental care. The staff couldnt be more friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way from the minute you walk in the door until you leave to make sure you are satisfied and comfortable. I hate going to the dentist but ever since I started going here it has been a totally different experience. I cant say enough about how much pride they put into their business. I wouldnt trust anyone but Mike and his staff to work on my teeth!

This office has all the latest techno-gadgetry. What made it a great experience though was that the people did not seem as though they were pushing procedures or adding items that would not be covered by insurance to keep revenues up. When I was having trouble adjusting to a crown, I was able to call and speak with someone right away or get a quick callback. I appreciated the attention.

The staff at Stony Brook Dental are all top notch. They are very friendly and personable and instantly put you at ease. Ive been a patient there for so many years I cant even remember how long it has actually been. Dr. Barnett is an excellent dentist and someone that I would highly recommend.
