The staff is mental. They hate black people and turn black people away when they put in applications. They literally write NO on the apps. Which is illegal, hope they dont get audit. The Owner, has actually punched, and hit several dogs, infront of myself and others. They steal money, charge for service that were not rendered. The other German doctor, is the same way. Very rude, money hungry, animal abusive people. Filthy and dirty clinics, and its a miracle they have not been turned in previously.They have two rude women that work in the front. The lady named Karen who is his daughter, ATTITUDE. AND the other female,? Chris? She looks like a boy, and is a hateful rude, lazy girl, She is sleeping with the owner, because she does what she wants. They all talk about the customers and their animals, its sickening

Been using this clinic for over 20 years and they have saved my animals lives on many occasions. They do not overprice by any means. For example: the "German" doctor charged me $100 for an x-ray when LSU wanted to charge me $500. These are wonderful and caring people who know what they are doing and are very competent. They have the animals best interest in mind at all times and are willing to work with you to create a care plan that works for you and your pet. The women at the front desk, especially Karen, is so knowledgable and can answer any question you have. If she was rude to you, its because you went with a nasty additude. She is actually very compassionate. This whole place is wonderful and will continue to be my #1 choice. THE HAVE EARNED MY TRUST.

Today I lost a great dog. Yesterday I brought my dog in for an emergancy. Ill keep it short and sweet. Took more then 10 minutes to get a unconcious dog. And then paid half for surgery for the dog and then right after we left after being there from 4:00, left at 6:30 after he said he was pernounced dead at 9:00 last night. After 5 hours of GETTING to an emergancy surgery that we paid a HEAVY dollar for. They decide that they are entitled to the money for the surgery even though there was no surgery. Do research on pet ER, Dont lose your best friend. My heart is beyond I can explain.

We Brought in our 17 year old cat with multiple health problems Dr. Wright was very good at the finding the problems without Any unnecessary test. We ended up having to put our cat Asleep. We had already guessed that was going to be the outcome. It was done with great compassion and we were given all the time and privacy We needed to say our goodbyes. We brought her home and buried Her in the flower bed. They made a very sad day much easier

I have been bringing my animals, dogs and cats, to this facility for over 15 years. My husband has been bringing animals for longer than that. They have taken excellent care of my animals. The previous reviewer, Matt, obviously is upset because things didnt go his way, so he has decided to bad mouth good people to get even. Isnt it just typical that when some people cant get their way, they pull the race card? My advice to Matt, GROW UP!

I would like to thank the doctor for the service she supplied for me today and my baby Foxy. My baby Foxy was suffering so much and the doctor and staff were so sweet and have nothing but my best thank yous and blessing. This is a wonderful place to take pets and I highly advise anyone whos having problems with their pets to come here.
