I was referred to Kleinpeter by several pet-owner friends of mine whos opinions I highly value when it comes to the health of animals. First off, the staff was very prompt and caring, both in person and on the phone. I was immediately put into a room upon arrival, so my cat could be let out his carrier and be a little more at ease. Once Dr. Donna Kleinpeter came in, we talked about his symptoms and had a few tests run, and hes was put on some medicine. She told me everything about what was happening, how to correct it, and some preventative measures to take to greatly reduce the risk of the infection coming back. She was great and incredibly informative. They also have an app called PetPartner where you make a profile for your pet, or pets, and it keeps logs of their visits, including medicines and appointments with reminders. This is a great veterinarian office. I will not be going anywhere else.

The physicians and their assistants always provide expert care with compassion, love & treat our fur babies with the ultimate respect! Their front office and ancillary staff are always polite, prompt and accommodating! This awesome team is who I trust with our fur family! They continually go above and beyond! Our two labs and our kitty love to go to the clinic; they are very comfortable in this welcoming environment & the extra love they receive from the staff only seals the deal! The team at Kleinpeter is fantastic. They have treated our West Highland Terrier for 13 years. As shes aged, shes developed some serious health issues, but Dr. Kleinpeter and her staff went above and beyond. Through quality care and true compassion, they brought Roxie back from the brink and provided us a strategy to keep her healthier so we can enjoy our family pet for a while longer and ensure she has a good quality of life. Ive left my dogs and cat here a few times and I never worry about them. The place is clean, the animals dont come back thirsty or hungry or hyper or dirty, and the staff and can tell you about their little personalities, which lets you know that they have been interacting with them and come to know them, even on a short basis. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Really put me at ease over the concerns Ive had having recently adopted a dog with separation anxiety. They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment to take care of a paw issue and the service was so good that my dog who is afraid of everyone literally didnt want to leave. Definitely recommend for new adopters.

Kleinpeter Veterinary Hospital is simply the best. The entire staff is so caring and loving with my two dogs. Im amazed how they always remember their names, and even some of their quirky behaviors (like insisting on carrying a toy at all times). My dogs love the staff there as well! There is nowhere else I would rather bring my dogs than Kleinpeter.

Kleinpeter is very clean and the staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Their Daycare service is cheap and your animal will have fun. The vets there are knowledeable, friendly, and sincere about your pets health. They really love all animals. My dog also gets groomed there and loves her groomer as well as all the staff.

I have been taking my dogs to Kleinpeter for over 4 years. They are nice, professional, and good. The only problem that I ever had with them was not getting my rabies tags and when I went back to pick them up they wanted to charge me another $15. I recommend Kleinpeter for Vet Service and for boarding.

Dont let these reviews fool you, they were probably written by staff! These people are rude, dont care about the animals, but only about the money. Theyll talk about the animals in the clients, Ive seen and overheard it after a client and her dog left, its like they are two faced!
