I cannot say enough about Capital Heights Vet Clinic. Dr. Taylor and the entire staff are caring and have always taken wonderful care of my cats. I never worried when I had to leave my cat overnight or for several days for treatment of her kidney disease. I always knew that she was not only in great hands medically, but she would also receive lots of love to make her as comfortable as possible. They have been taking care of my furry friends for close to twelve years and always go above and beyond. From the first vaccination to the final hours and every visit in-between, they have shown nothing but compassion and caring for myself and all my special furry family members.

We have used Dr. Taylor and staff for regular visits, grooming and boarding. They love the pets and are very knowledgable. We brought our dog in with an "emergency" and Dr. Taylor and her staff took time out of their schedule to care for our dog immediately, even though they were soon closing. They looked him over, reassured the kids he was ok, made him comfortable and quickly returned to the last patients of the evening. When they came back, Dr. Taylor gave us a thorough report, fixed his foot and sent us on our way. Great visit and it didnt break the bank!!

When I moved to MidCity, a friend recommended I bring my cat to Dr.Taylor and I couldnt be happier with our experiences there. Dr. Taylor and the staff are great, the clinic is clean and well equipped, the prices are very reasonable, and no one ever tries to sell me services my cat doesnt need. I like how relaxed everyone is, but I know they take the welfare of my pet very seriously. I can call and get information or a last minute appointment, and no question I ask is every treated as illegitimate. So happy to have found such a great veterinarian.

The staff is horrible. They routinely lie to customers and the Dr there, Dr. TAYLOR is a joke. Also a little blond skinny girl that works reception is rude and by far cant be very educated. The only person there worth a flip is Brooke and even she is questionable. You couldnt pay me to bring my pet there. Or give me free vet care to that place. On top of everything else its a dump thats unsanitary. It looks like they never clean. The only thing Ive ever seen them do is sit on their ass.

Dr. Taylor and her staff provide personal, professional service to my two dogs. Sometimes when Im just there to pick up medication Dr. Taylor will stop to speak to me and will even answer a simple question I have about my 15 yr.old dog who always has some issues going on. Also this isnt a franchise vet hospital. Ive had to use one of those before and I never had the same vet twice.

Every time I go, the wait times are very long despite having an appointment and the time with the vet is always less than 10 minutes. I dont feel like the quality of care is high and the wellness exams arent thorough and are less than adequate for the fees they charge. I think the doctors are good people and care, but I have been dissatisfied several times with my experiences.

I love the cleanliness of the office and promptness which which they saw us. Both Dr. Margaret and Dr. Emily treat your fur baby like its theirs. I definitely recommend them. The location is super convenient from any part of town. One caveat- their office is in the BACK of the building so when you pull in just drive on to the back.

I have been going to Dr. Taylor for years with all my pets and I have always had the most positive experiences. She performed a complicated hip operation on my congenitally injured Lakeland Terrier and that dog runs like the wind today. I have never had a bad experience with the dozens of visits I have had with her with my pets.

I brought my kitten there for a check up and they were so nice to her. They were friendly, and didnt try to tack on a lot of charges. I was prepared to spend a bundle based on what I have experienced in the past when taking an animal to any vet. This was a pleasant surprise. I am definately going to stick with them!

Very caring folks are found within. This is a very friendly place for pets (and owners.) I board my dog here all the time and even though he obviously misses me he seems a little sad to leave. Despite the name they are actually on Goodwood, across from the main Library, not Capital Heights.

These vets and vet techs are consistently amazing to my little dog! Ive been taking my dog to them for about 3 years now and have always felt she was in great hands. Spade my dog with them and it went about as smooth as surgery can go. These people truly care about their patients.

I love Dr Emily and the staff at Capitol Heights Veterinary Clinic. Jodie and Izzie are older dogs, but Emily and her staff are patient and gentle with them. I love their boarding facilities also. They spend time with them to make sure they get plenty of love. Great place.
