I went here for my cat because he had a double eye infection, they gave me two different types of medication; neither of them worked did everything I was told and plus doing extra things to make sure my kittens eye boogers were always gone and clean. Well lets just say it was $120+ just for a check up and the medicine.. I called them back when I finished all the medication because it didnt work at all and was wondering if they could just switch the medication and of course the girl was giving me the run around and telling me that I would have to pay for him to reexamed again and pay for the medication all over again, not to mention they are the most unhelpful vets ive met, the guy didnt explain anything or the girl, they didnt even give my baby working medication and they are the MOST EXPENSIVE place in this area, $300 to neuter a kitten? ha... I got him his shots, the CORRECT medication, awesome service, caring vets, neutered and everything for $160 at Viroqua Veterinary Center. From my experience I tell everyone not to waste their time or money at this place.

The person that says they have had nothing but good from this Vet Clinic must have nothing but $100 bills in their wallet/purse, or be an employee. Yes, they are Adequate Veterinarians - BUT - They are UNGODLY EXPENSIVE. Cash Only! Imagine that! You are better off taking your Animals to Mayo Clinic, because the bill will be less than you pay for an exam. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

For years we have taken our dogs and cats to Central Animal Hospital and all of them have received excellent, compassionate veterinary care. We also have boarded our dogs and cats at CAH knowing that our pets will be well care for in a facility with highly trained veterinarians and veterinary technicians on hand if a medical problem happens to develop.

Ive been bringing my animals (dogs and cats) here for years for medical care and boarding. I wouldnt take them anywhere else. All the staff, from receptionist, to kennel staff, to vets, are kind, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. I dont have boatloads of money, but it is worth it to me to pay for the highest quality care for my pets.

I have had only good experiences with Central Animal Hospital. They are flexible with my work schedule and I can always get my dog in when I need to. Their staff are very friendly and have been really encouraging to me as a first time dog owner. Also, their boarding prices are very reasonable.

Sorry, I cant describe my experience with Dr. Kratt, for I havent had nor ever will have one. Nor will I with Central Animal Hospital .. (proponent of the "barbaric" procedure of feline declawing)

Dr. Kratt had saved our dogs life twice now, once he got a stick stuck through his throat and another he ripped his leg bone and he was able to fix them both. Awesome doctor.
