Good veterinarian staffing, wide variety of animals treated both on and off site. Reasonable prices for check ups, but we were floored when we got a quote for a declaw, $300~ which might not seem that bad, but the last time we had a declaw, we also had the neutering included, and I think we might have paid about $350. They have a good website and have training materials for different types of animals. Pet adoption links are available through their website. They also have medical information about specific animal diseases and conditions that is very helpful. The website is a bit tricky to navigate at first, but once you figure out that you have to slide your finger on the entire site, not point, click, click, click, etc, Otherwise it will just constantly reload the same thing because it thinks that is what you chose.

Im am not happy with the care I received at Hillside Animal Hospital. I will not be taking any pets there in the future. I never felt like any of the veterinarians remembered my pet. Each time I brought her in she usually would see someone new. The vets never reviewed her history before her visit. They didnt didnt seem to care what was going on with my pet when there was a concern. No definitive answers. No follow up phone calls. Here is medicine and good luck. Not holistic care at all. This happened on two occasions my dog was sick. Sadly this last time I had to put her to sleep...at another clinic. I am very sad they couldnt have even called to check in to see how my dog was doing after being so sick. I had to take her somewhere else for her final day.

Our 10 year old Boston Terrier recentley had his teeth cleaned and had to have several removed. Dr. Konrad and his staff did an excellent job with the procedure and were very informative, they also did a great job with the follow and called several times after the procedure to see how Yoda was doing. This was our second experience with Dr. Konrad and his team and would highly reccomend Hillside Animal Hospital.

Today my dog Rico had surgery done. Yesterday our stray cat had a complete workup. Both Dr Emily and Dr Monica are simply the VERY best. Expert care and caring! The support Staff - 2nd to none. Every person there truly cares about our pets AND us. I gladly recommend these folks to anyone who has a pet!!!!
