What an amazing clinic! After relocating to Davenport, we chose Kimberly Pines after calling around to several vet clinics looking to get our German Shepherd in for her shots and check-up. The office staff was incredible and took so much time explaining the different money saving offers that were available for the heart worm and flea/tick medicines. They made us feel so welcome and even interacted with our dog! Once inside the exam room, we met Dr. Metzgar. All I can say is that she is definitely in the right field! She got on the floor with our dog (she was a little nervous for her appt!) and even happily received her wet "kisses" from our dog! My husband and I could definitely see the compassion and dedication that this clinic has for their patients. We are so happy that we found such a wonderful vet!

Kimberly Pines Veterinary Hospital is a great establishment for pet health because it is a welcoming, clean environment with a staff that is truly passionate about the animals they care for. I bring my two cats to Kimberly Pines for all of their medical needs because they have always had great results with my pets. They stand out from other local establishments because of their thoroughness and compassion, and in the past they have made accommodations with appointments that fit my schedule. If you have any questions, just stop by or call Mary at the front desk. Mary is very informative and knowledgeable, and has a lot of various pet related resources to offer.

Inside is very well kept, clean and open. Staff is very kind and courteous and greeting with a warm smile. Also great on the telephone. Staff answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. They were even kind enough to answer my childrens questions. My kitten was very well taken care of and treats with the utmost respect. We were treated in a kind and efficient manner and all explanations were at w very understandable level. Thy care greatly for animals and their families!

I recently moved to Davenport and was looking for compassionate, friendly care for my cats that was reasonably priced as well. I have taken one of my boys to them so far and they were wonderful with him AND me - Dr. LaRue answered all my questions patiently and showed great care in treating my pet. The bill was reasonable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will continue to have Kimberly Pines care for my pets and will let others know how great they are.

Brought my cat in for shots and a check up. They checked him over as a routine thing and said no sight of fleas and a perfectly healthy baby (of course, hes never been outside. never had fleas in his year of life) Well within the next week he had fleas. When i brought him back the next week for a neutering they refused to admit that he had got them from there. Then made me pay for the flea meds for both my cats. Total bullshit. Im not a happy camper.

We took our kitten in who required a limb to be removed. I feared the worst in costs, but it actually wasnt that bad - $379 in all - and that included an overnight stay and all medicines. We were VERY happy with how the surgery went and how resilient our kitty was when we picked her up the next morning. You wouldnt even guess her arm was removed with how healthy and happy she looked.

I had a cat named Noodles that I took here. I wanted to get her checked out. They urged me to put her down for an unreasonable amount of money and refused to offer any sort of treatment plan. She caught a rabbit the next day, and 9 more over the rest of her life. Today she died... 8 years later.
