I have been to Dr. MaryEllon Allen many of times and each time I was scheduled to go I either received email or call to remind me of my appointment.. Each time I arrive or visit I am greeted with a warm smile and the staff know me by name.. Dr. Allen office is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very professional. I went the doctor Allen for an ailment I been having for years and she sent of my sample to be diagnosed and recommended my medicine and I was quickly healed... he even did a follow up call to make sure I was completely healed... The staff at Family Medicine Specialists treat you like more than just a patient. It never feels like you are just another appointment in their day- they are happy to see you and spend time with you. The doctors dont rush in and out of the room, they take the time to explain everything and make sure you understand. I have had a wonderful experience, everything has been absolutely wonderful.
