I had no problems with Chris Turnbough, he is an excellent medical assistant. However, I was supposed to receive results Saturday, I called on Monday at 3:30 because I was never contacted. Brandy on the phone was extremely rude from the start, would not answer my questions, and was snapping at me for requesting results. She also had no good reason why she hadnt called me yet, because they were in. The worst part, and the reason Im writing this review, is she had the audacity to comment on my chart that "I was extremely rude" and she couldnt give me results because I hung up. No Brandy, I hung up because you wouldnt give me the results.

Moved to the St Charles area from Illinois last year, saw many physicians in the area that I was very unhappy with. Met Dr. Brunk for the first time and never left. Turnbough is great too, both of these men will listen to what you have to say, and in this day and age that is very hard to find. Dr. Brunk now has a personalized care system as well for those that need/want a very one on one connection with their family practitioner. I wouldnt just recommend them, I would tell you theyre the best in the area by a landslide.

I have been going here for 14 years. Dr. Brunk is really nice, but his PA, Chris Turnbough, is my favorite "doctor" ever!!!! He spends time listening to what is wrong, he tries to not run unnecessary test, etc.
