I have been going to Broadmoor Family Dental for a few years now. I will admit I hate going to the dentist and have been that way all my life, but the staff here is amazing and compassionate. Each and every time I call or go in, the staff is very courteous and professional. I never have to wait for my appointment. They are always on time. Dr. Cooper is very genuine and caring and takes her time to thoroughly explain all your options with you and has so much patience with you. In my lifetime I have never been seen at a dentist office where the staff treat you like family like they do at Broadmoor Family Dental. It a great feeling to be cared for. I would highly recommend this dental group to anyone. They are an amazing group of women. Thank you all for everything you do.

Dare I say that 5 stars is an understatement. After a few nightmare visits at other clinics, my family and I decided to make BFDC our home for dental care. Everyone is very courteous and professional. The office is immaculately maintained, and every precaution is taken to ensure a safe and pleasurable experience. Even in the chair, you can drown in serenity while gazing over the garden. The office is very child friendly as well. My son was given a pair of cool sunshades so that the exam lamp wouldnt shine in his eye. He also became very fond of "Mr. Thirsty". Before leaving he was treated to a goody bag of dental treats (toothbrushes, floss, etc.) and then even got a trip to the treasure chest. Cant say enough about BFDC. Thanks for all you do.

100% HONESTt, RELIABLE, works with you, not "on you", patient focused, family focused, reasonable and above all, dedicated. These people understand the consumer. Did I say HONEST ? If I could give 100 stars I would. I mean, how many dentists/staff call after hours to see if you are doing ok ??? It happens with dr cooper / dr banker. My entire family are their patients. Ill never go anywhere else. Office staff: amazing... I dont have enough room to tell you how wonderful Mary, chatiry, Rachael, sunny, Blair and the others ... sorry if I forget your names. You are OUTSTANDING LOVE LOVE LOVE this office and staff. You are doing something right ! Thank you

Dr. Banker is a wonderful dentist. We have used her for many years and have followed her in her career advancements. The staff at Broadmoor Dental Clinic treat us like friends and family and not just patients. They are very interested in assisting us in making the right informed decisions about all of our dental care and needs. They make us feel at ease when we have an appointment and not uneasy about a dental visit as we have experienced in previous dental offices. Broadmoor Family Dentistry is without question the friendliest office I have had the experience to visit in my 73 years. My wife and I feel very comfortable and at ease during our visits. My wife use to dread visits but Dr.Banker has a way of removing that fear. The office is coordial and extremely professional. Dr. Banker and her staff are patient centered working to help meet the patients oral heath and goals. Perfection is their standard and they work tirelessly and compassionately to ensure that you are thoroughly satisfied. Dr. Cooper has been my dentist for 10 years. She remembers every detail youve shared with her as if she saw you yesterday. Through many procedures she has made sure I am comfortable (I have a zero pain threshold). She is the only dentist I have ever had that called me at home that evening to see if Im alright. Not suprising, that at a fundraiser for Great Therapeutic Riding in Greenwood (a life changing handicapped riding program) there was Dr. Cooper. Broadmoor is a Family Dentistry!

She and her staff not only provided the technical skills to insure I was pleased with the finished work, but also kindness and emotional support throughout a somewhat stressful process.
