Decided to speak to my OB when I started having back issues early in my pregnancy. She recommended seeing a chiropractor. After being referrer by several family and friends I scheduled my first appointment! I can not say enough good about the practice! I also work in the health field so I am very hard to please. Staff is amazing, doctors are fantastic and you are treated as a person. I was so pleased I told my husband to make an appointment. I can not tell you the difference from my first visit to just a few weeks. There are pregnancy pillows and you get so much knowledge. If you are looking for a wonderful chiropractor I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Mark and Dr. Jen have made me feel extremely comfortable and are very mindful of my time, as I have consistently been treated and on my way within 15 minutes. From the initial consultation which included a very clear description of the process to today, I have learned so much from Dr. Jen and Dr. Mark and wish more folks would seek their help. Dr Jen and Dr Mark at Optimal Spine Chiropractic are AMAZING! They have helped me beyond measure. Not only did they aleviate my aching spine and give me more flexibility than Ive had in years, they made me aware of how my spine functions and how critical it is to remove "subfluxations" that prevent our nervous system from communicating with our vital organs. I have tried several chiropractors in the area, and this couple, by far, is the best. They truly care about your health and wellbeing, but wont over promise things they cant fix. We were aggressive with my adjustments in the beginning (3 times a week for 3 months), but now Im on a once a week schedule and its just like anything else...if its important to you, youll make time for it. I just love Dr. Mark and Dr. Jen. Friendly, compassionate and caring. 5 stars, for sure!!!
