I sent a fax to this office all week. I called and they gave me different excuses why I have not got my son authorization form for his in school inhaler. Her employees informed me this morning she did not know what was going on because she was not there all week. The doctor called me and started to argue with me why it was never faxed back to me after the 3 times I sent it. She said because you have to pick that type of information up. I said communication with your employees should have been better, not only was this information withheld !!!....the form still was not filled out!!!. Instead of being an educated business women and saying sorry for the misunderstanding and miscommunication it needs to be picked up she was yelling at me telling me how I was wrong. Any way change physicians today. If you want to be respected and want great customer services dont come here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Christie office is the most unprofessional practice my 5 year daughter has been in since she was born. The Dr. is never in the office and it is ran by her nurse practitioner, who has to cover all of the patients by herself. In this case, she is unable and unavailable for patients who have questions and they have you waiting hours even when you have an appointment. I requested shot records for my child to get enrolled in school and they couldnt even tell me the last day of her vaccinations because I had a outstanding balance. They were so concerned about me not signing a payment plan contract that they didnt help me when I called and claimed they sent me invoices to pay. I will be paying the balance and taking her out and I would never refer this office to anyone.

Weve been going to Dr. Christie and Dr. Anderson for 13 years, and we really like them. Dr. Anderson is not a nurse practitioner. She is a doctor. They are on 202 between Aldi and Cheverly Ave. So convenient. They give the shots, are good about school papers and have been very good about getting the tests done to make sure there is not more going on under the surface. Their receptionists and nurses are great too. The wait was longer before Dr. Anderson came on board about 5 years ago. Now we usually have to wait about 15 minutes.

Dr. Christie is a great pediatrician. She is very thorough. She has been treating my daughter for 12 years and counting. She is reliable. She is consistent. She is trustworthy. She knows her stuff. I make sure to choose a health plan with my job based on whether or not she is a part of that plan. My child and her medical history comes first. I will be grateful to Dr. Christie for life.
