Wish I could give them a 0. The practice sent us to collections (without us knowing or receiving a bill) and then sent us a bill afterwards. We paid the bill (check) without knowing they had already sent it to collections, it was cashed and never applied to our account. We received a collection notice a month later saying we had not paid anything. It took days of fighting for them to admit they had cashed the check but said the account was already in collections and there was "nothing they could do" except send the money they cashed (the month before) to the collection agency. This place practices shady, possibly fraudulent, practices.

This is the best pediatric practice in Baltimore. If you want thoughtful clinicians who are always there to provide support and care with a back office that handles insurance and claims seamlessly, see Dr. Levy and team. Weve been with this practice for 18 years. I cannot say enough nice things.

At first I loved going here and due to my illness I was unable to make my son appointments. They have put my son on a no treat zone and will no longer see him. I think that is sad. My advice do not go to this practice.
