I came here on the recommendation of a coworker. I recently moved to the Columbia area and was looking for a Primary physician, and she suggested this office as she had been coming here for a while now. I wasnt able to get an appointment within 2 months with the doctor, but they were able to schedule me an appointment with the nurse practitioner within a couple weeks of me contacting them for an appointment. I was happy with the nurse practitioner- she was knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel at ease. After my appointment with her, I also needed to get blood work done so they had me use their lab that was located right in their office. I was assured that Patricia (the woman who draws blood at that facility) was amazing. Im 30, have had my blood drawn many times, and even donated regularly in college with no issues. Near the end of getting my blood drawn by Patricia, I heard her mutter an "oops" and felt a sharp pain where the needle was in my arm. I asked what happened and she responded nothing unusual. She put a bandage on my arm after taking the needle out. I noticed the rest of my day at work that my arm with constantly sore. When I took off the bandage after work, I had 2 red bruises on my arm. For for next 4 days, my arm stayed sore and prevented me from going to the gym to enjoy a work out. On day 5, my arm was feeling better but the 2 red bruises had turned into a bigger purple bruise. This experience has been a nightmare and I never plan on going back there. Ive never had any issues with getting blood work and never realized how painful it can be in the wrong hands until now. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone, due to the uncomfortable and annoying experience I had getting my blood drawn there. I wish I could post pictures with my review so everyone could see how my arm looked after the bloodwork.

I loved Dr. Jackson and the staff is always on point....Kim is my favorite front desk person I ever met. She knows all her stuff and been professional and personable for yrs. I love the staff here they know what there doing

As a new patient coming from a PC I loved (who retired), I was very impressed with Dr. Jacksons thoroughness. The office staff seemed to be functioning well. The facility was bright and clean.
