I called and easily made an appointment. The front desk receptionist is quite nice and very kind. Found the location perfectly fine, and plenty of parking. I checked in filled out three forms and was taken back shortly after. The wait was fine and exceeded my expectations. Got to the back, met with the doctor who was fine at first. Started going over my history, and when we got to the part where I shared that I suffer from constipation and urgency to go at times it went downhill from there. He literally said that cant be. This is impossible! Glad to know how he feels, and totally discounted what I was saying or how I felt. But this is my issue. This is why we see doctors? To figure out why our bodies are not normal. Then we got to acid reflux. He took out a brochure to explain to me what I have. Mind you, I came there reporting that I had it. That means, I know what it is. He explained it once. Looked at me, asked if I understood. I said yes. He turned around and explained it again verbatim. I wish I was lying. Why twice? Then came other questions about what do I want to do? What medicine should I take daily? Why are you asking me what I want to do? I want to feel better! So it would work best if you advise my next steps. Then the icing on the cake. He started suggesting generic medications. Im sitting here like why? Why is he doing this!? Finally, I said something. He had asked me if something was wrong. Yes, you were rude, insensitive and you judged me based on my insurance. How awful! You said well I suggested those because of your insurance. Had you just asked me my preference you would have learned my situation. Im a successful IT Project Manager who lost insurance coverage while the company merges and we all had to sign up for this crappy insurance for the next 60 days. I honestly got tired of having to explain this. But the other doctors didnt treat me differently. Just you. I dont recommend this place.

The doctor is great.... But the receptionist is very unprofessional.... I had an appointment for a Thursday but called with enough time to change my appointment. The receptionist that answer told me that I can come in on a Tuesday that there was no problem.. When I got there Tuesday the same lady that I talked to told me that I never called to change my appointment she made me leave and come back Wednesday !!! This happened twice but I didnt leave the second time I waited for the doctor. The receptionist needs approvement!!! When a patient calls to change a appointment they should record it!!!
