I typically dont write reviews, but wanted to drop a note on my great dental experience. This review is waaay overdue! My family and I have been patients of Dr. Glass for many years and I have to say that he and his staff are super! If youre looking for someone who is honest, gentle and personable, then look no further. I just had a crown placed on one of my lower back teeth (hes done three since Ive been a patient) and I must say from the very beginning he has always been gentle and thorough providing excellent dental care for me and my family. First, let mention how much I really "hate" needles. Getting numb for dentistry, especially on my bottom jaw, is nerve wrecking - balled fists, toes curling anxiety attack! This may sound strange to some folks, but Dr. Glass is awesome in administering local anesthetic. Ha-ha needle, what needle? I barely felt a thing! BTW- Love the music he plays during my time in the chair -Im totally at ease! Second, his staff is wonderful. Al has been Dr. Glass dental assistant for over a decade - he is cheerful, thoughtful and knows how to keep me relaxed with his funny stories. I just saw Patricia for my teeth cleaning today. Shes an outstanding hygienist and conversationalist - love to see her for my checkups! Also, Annalise is another dental hygienist who I have seen a couple of times, but only due to my crazy work schedule. She is kind and gentle - I would see her any given day. Lastly, but certainly not the least, Elyn the office manager is awesome. Shes very accommodating in scheduling appointments around my hectic schedule. Both pleasant and very knowledgeable when it comes to processing my dental claims - shes one step ahead of me in answering billing or insurance questions. Sadly as many of you may already know, there are dentists who are only interested in filling their day (and pockets) with our hard earned money. But I gotta tell you, Dr. Glass is definitely not one of them. I truly believe he and his team are straightforward, dedicated professionals who stand behind their work. I highly recommend his practice to both my family and friends.

Fantastic, as always! Dr. Glass and his team are the best! Courteous, patient, kind and helpful; these are some of the best professionals in dentistry. My cleanings are always top notch, and never painful or even uncomfortable. Both the hygienist and Dr. Glass himself make sure to provide the service thats most appropriate and comfortable for you and your particular case, and they always allot the proper amount of time for each visit, so that youre well cared for and never rushed. They are keen to make recommendations to ensure your dental health, but they never try to pressure you; they understand and respect the fact that a patients healthcare decisions are in his/her hands first. And the receptionist is always nice and smiling! =D I simply cannot imagine a better dental practice, bar none! Wonderful professionals, and quite personable to boot!

I have been a patient of Dr. Glasss for 5+ years. Dr. Glass has a gracious, kind, calming demeanor and is a confident thoughtful communicator! The office is located in a warm welcoming retro-style house in historic old-town Gaithersburg. The expertise of Dr. Glass and his team is exceptional, as is their equipment and the ambiance of the exam and treatment rooms! Ive experienced many procedures, some very complex, and theyve all been successful in spite of my being phobic about dentists because of early childhood mouth trauma which resulted in minimal elasticity in my mouth. Dr Glass and his team dealt with my mouth challenges kindly, graciously and expertly! I am proud to refer this first-class dentist and his stellar team of professionals that are in step with his mission to provide each patient with pain-free, excellent dental health results!

Each time I have work done at this dental office, from a simple cleaning and exam to a filling or a crown, I am more than 100% pleased. If you want a visit to the dentist that is actually pleasant, this is the place to be. Dr. Glass has a gentle, calming, caring manner and is intent upon doing precise, exceptional work. And, he is committed to making the visit pain-free. (He says he doesnt allow pain there, which is music to my ears!) The entire staff, from the front desk to the hygienists to his assistant, are equally friendly, skilled, welcoming and caring. I cant recommend this office highly enough.

I have been to several dentists in my adult life, and Dr. Thomas Glass beats them all. During the last four years I have benefited from his excellent professional services -- including several dental implants and cosmetic dentistry. Unlike many dentists that work simultaneously on several patients, with Dr. Glass one gets the privilege of exclusive care and strong attention to detail. In addition to being a top-notch dentist, he is a very kind human being. I wholehearted recommend Dr. Thomas Glass to anyone.

Dr. Glass is the gentlest and most highly skilled dentist I have ever seen as well as being extremely kind. He helped me when I went to him with a painful broken tooth and no dental insurance and he worked on a much needed dental crown for me at a reduced rate. He was able to create a crown on the remnant of my very worn and broken tooth that did not have much surface left. He took the time to do a really great job and made sure it fit well and my new crown looks and feels like the original tooth!

Spent 2.5 hours in the chair recently, having a crown done, and although it was a lot of work, there was a minimal amount of discomfort, with Dr Glass explaining every step, and I had the opportunity to ask questions. I was very happy with Dr Glasss professionalism and that of his assistant. As someone who suffered terribly in childhood at the hands of some terrible dentists, thereby making me avoid the dentist for years, I can honestly say it is a pleasure to be looked after by Dr Glass.

I always find my visits to Dr.Glass office a satisfying experience whether for cleaning or something more complicated. He and his staff are all pleasant and competent professionals. I love the office in a historic house filled with tastefully chosen and appealing art and the latest in technological devices for dental work. I have been seeing Dr. Glass for YEARS! When my policy went through some changes, I made sure that Dr. Glass was not one of them. His staff is awesome (office staff is organized and professional and hygienists are thorough and pleasant!) and when it comes time for Dr. Glass to see me, its nothing less of great! I will remain a loyal patient until my teeth falls off! ;)

While traveling, I had a dental emergency and contacted Dr. Glass to discuss the situation. In his very calm and competent manner, he instructed me on what to do and arranged for me to see him immediately upon my return home. It is obvious that Dr. Glass cares about his patients and their comfort and well being.
