Im super pissed that I took my cat there for conjunctivitis. I had told Dr. B about my cat previously having this issues a few years back. His fluorescein stain was normal then, and the previous vet in another city had prescribed eye drops and oral ABX. I asked the Dr.B if my cat should have this, and she said no. She gave me an ointment for the eye and I was to follow up in a week. A week later, (today), I go back and see a different doctor. Dr. T noticed right away the issues and I told her also what the cat had been on a few years later that treated the herpes in the eye. She took my cat back to get another opinion from a different vet. The other vet recommends that I go to an ophthalmologist. The vet wanted to get a blood pressure on my cat which was $52 dollars. All the rest of the vitals were normal. I ended up leaving very annoyed, because they wanted me to continue the same eye ointment that didnt really work, told me that I needed to see a specialist, and charged me $39 for a follow up visit. WTF -they didnt do anything for my pet except tell me his heart and lungs sounded normal, and his vitals were normal. I will not go back there again. The only good thing I can say is that they are nice. Also open on sundays which most vets are not. Livid.

Do not take your pet here if you want them to be treated. I spend a regular fee every month that is supposed to cover my visit, yet every time I take my pet in when she is sick I usually pay at least 50 dollars on some test. I have no problem paying for my dog when she is treated, however this office consistently tries to order test after test that sometimes cost up to 500 dollars without the problem being solved. I called them about this problem and asked why they continue to suggest costly and invasive procedures that I will not put my dog through for them to come out negative. The vet I spoke with refused to answer my questions and instead tried to guilt trip me into getting tests that she said "may come out negative, but a negative test is not a bad thing it just means we have to try different tests...." I am furious that my poor dog is still sick and because I refuse to let them order tests without first trying alternative, less invasive procedures. They have also refused to listen to me about her history and are now refusing to treat her.

I love my Vet Dr. Becca Mike and all of her support staff. Not only is she a dog and cat owner she is incredibly smart and is always there to answer our questions. We also purchased their wellness plan which really helps with those costly VET bills.

Great staff and sweet Vet. I asked many questions and got every answer. My cat has attitude so it was a relief seeing how careful and kind they were with my kitty.

Did not have a good experience here. The vet seemed to just brush my dog and I off. My dog absolutely loves people and was completely terrified of the Vet.
