This get clinic was great today! I live in Norfolk and my dog broke out in a rash and hives. I tired to take care of it for 2 days with natural remedies and benadryl. After day 2 I knew he needed something stronger and I was not able to find a vet in Norfolk that had any openings the same day. I called Brentwood and they got me in the same day just a few hours after I called. The front office staff were so sweet and greeted me immediately. We didnt wait long. The tech and Dr. came in promptly and introduced herself and made my dog feel welcomed and comfortable. She made sure he was happy and comfortable before doing anything to him. Dr. Carpenter even got on the floor and checked him out and gave him treats. Overall my dog and I had a great experience. If they were closer to me I would use them as my normal vet, but I will be going back if I am in a need of anything major done. All prices were consistent with most other vets too.

Took our chow/shep mix because he wouldnt eat. Yes it was costly but he is all better now! He was diagnosed with diabetes and was very sick, he almost died. Everybody there is very friendly and helpful. If I called for the doctor she got on the phone immediately and took care of my concerns. So I give them 5 stars!

I took my puppy my paper there v for her first shots. The people are really nice and friendly. Everything was clean. They are very pricey 249 for shots. One can go to Scpa or Banfield and just pay for the shots and whatever treatment your animal needs. Cant imagine myself going back because of the prices.

I was hesitant, because I was used to larger places, however very pleasantly surprised. The Doctors are professional, friendly and truly caring about my two pups. I would recommend this place to any and all.
