Our dogs have been cared for by the vets at Jacksonville Vet Hospital for about 16 years - we are now taking our fourth dog, and third GSD to them for care. I have always been completely satisfied with the care, attention, diagnostic acumen, and treatment plans our dogs have received over the years, including coordination with specialists as necessary for surgical interventions. These vets are well-trained, caring, and have always been good listeners as I have explained any problems our dogs have had. From our first labrador retriever puppy to our current three GSDs (two of them rescues with unknown histories), I have not hesitated to call them, or trust their judgement, when our dogs have had a problem. I appreciate the long-term relationship we have established with them, and plan on continuing to use this office for our dogs care.

We adopted two kittens, and took them to a local vet but my one kitten freaked out and they didnt catch an infection that soon became an emergency room visit. I had used Jacksonville Vets a long time ago for my other two cats and loved them. So we drive from Parkville to Jacksonville and they couldnt have taken better care of Graycie. She was much more calm and they found the problem and treated her. We have since had to go back again for another ear problem and both kittens had their ears flushed and claws trimmed. Graycie is very difficult to handle but she is much more calm and gets through her treatments because they know how to handle her and gentle talk to her and keep her relaxed. We love Dr. Miller, Dr. Mary, Zach and Dominic (vet techs). Best Vets and Techs and we are so glad we use them, the drive is worth it.

My family has been going to Jacksonville Vets since we first moved to the area about 25 years ago. First my Mom and now myself and my niece goes there as well. They have always been so amazing and have always been so kind and loving to our pets. When we had to put our beloved yellow Lab Shelby down 5 years ago, they were so wonderful. Dr. Evers let me have time with her before alone and then she sat on the floor with Shelby & I and cried with us. She was 14 years old and had a healthy life because of the fine care they had always showed us. Now we have Little Lucy and she is getting the same excellent and loving care as our Shelby girl did. I just love Jacksonville Vets and have recommended them to many people who also love them. They take the time to give you personal care and truly care about your animals.

I have been taking my animals to Dr. Lynchs veterinary hospital for years. The characteristic I admire most about about all the doctors there is their honesty. In particular, Dr. Lynch will tell you the absolute truth about the condition of your pet. He will not suggest further tests nor procedures to inflate your bill. He is caring and sensitive and has a wonderful sense of humor. All of the employees there are so friendly and kind and understanding of your emotions. They give you and your pet full attention and do not rush your visit. I would recommend Jacksonville Hospital to every one I know who loves their pets and wants the best health care available.

Dr. Thomas and Dr. Brinson have both taken care of our fur-babies for several years now. Dr. Thomas did an amazing job when she spayed our little Chloe and almost lost her due to her blood pressure dropping. But she pulled through and is doing fine. Dr. Brinson cared for Roxy when she had a tumor on her toe. The tumor was removed and Roxy healed so quickly. You really cant tell a toe was removed. Thank you to Dr. Thomas and Dr. Brinson for being such great friends to our babies. Oh yes, and Maggie loved coming to Jacksonville Vet Hospital because she knows where the treats are!! Thank you both for all you have done.

Unable to handle aggressive dog so we were turned away for boarding. Absolutely, amazed. Havent even taken the dog there for boarding yet - havent seen the dog to see if hes aggressive in a boarding situation but they are making a snap judgment based on how he takes shots (which is, admittedly, aggressive) . Hes never been aggressive in a boarding situation EVER - anywhere else. As for the vet that was to treat him today - she was scared to death of the dog. I could tell by the way she walked around him. Nothing like a vet that is afraid of dogs. Perhaps she should specialize in fish. Going elsewhere

We have visited JVH for a year since we got our puppy. We love Dr. Burke and all the staff at JVH, who are not only knowledgeable and compassionate, but who truly are animal lovers at heart. JVH pays extra attention to detail and makes the visit comfortable and pleasant. We love the fuzzy pads on the examination room tables, which make our pup feel at home. Also there is a nice big waiting room so that a variety of pets can wait for their appointments a safe distance from each other. JVH has emailed me my pups records within an hour upon request. I have had only positive customer service so far. Very happy.

I have used Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital for many years, since long before they moved to their current location. I have always had a good experience there. The staff is always efficient and friendly. Dr. Lynch is the BEST vet ever!. My experience has been mostly with cats, but on one occasion I took in a dog that had been injured by another dog. They saw the dog immediately and made heroic efforts to save him. Since I discovered this practice I have never had any desire to go to another vet, even though there are several veterinarians closer to me.

We love this place and wont go any where else! Everyone is wonderful and are so caring! Dr. Lynch is wonderful and so are the other doctors. The kennel staff are absolutely wonderful and when board our pug Pebbles, we dont have to worry about her, they are so caring and spoil her like we do! They even send us text and pictures of her while she is there. We trust them so so much! Our minds are always at ease when our dog is boarded at Jacksonville! As long as we are in Maryland, we wont take Pebbles anywhere else!

JVH has been taking care of all my pets since 2001. I absolutely love everyone on staff. Everyone is kind, considerate, always happy to see you. I live in Aberdeen and theres probably 7 Vet hospitals in our general area, but I refuse to make a change. I would rather drive the 30 miles than have anyone else take care of my dogs. JVH is kind of like your kids pediatrician - you dont just trust anyone to the care of your babies. And that Dr. Lynch? Well, he was hand picked by the angels above. The Davis Family

Jacksonville Vet is and always has been awesome...so much so that I have been taking my pets to them for 30+ years! They truly care about their customers and give great care to them and their pets under all circumstances. The staff is very friendly and professional. Every doctor is great and they take the time to explain everything...they really seem to love their jobs. It is great to do business with an establishment that truly seems to love what they do. Jacksonville Vet is our "furever" vet!!
