I walked into the vet for a simple question, to see if they carried a type of food for a cat I was sitting for, as I live right next door I did not think walking in would be a hassle. The receiptionst, although very nice, had no clue if they carried the food so the doctor on hand interputed a conversation she was having with a customer to proceed to tell me (as if she was speaking to a special needs child) that they were BUSY as she spelled out. After waiting patiently in line for over 10 minutes I was not about to let someone speak to me like that when I was polite, waited my turn and was just asking a simple question trying to help an animal I was watching for a friend. I have an animal of my own as well and would rather drive an hour out of my way then walk next door to visit that vet again.

Dr. Hall is a very compassionate and great animal care-giver but the receptionist who answers the phone is rude and has no costumer service skills. Dr. Hall asks for good money for what he does and once you are to him it makes sense why but the whole experience of bringing your animal into the vet can be hard on them and you for that matter, so the whole experience should encaplse the customer service skills because frankly you can go somewhere cheaper and get treated badly, we dont pay good money to get that kind of service.

I only give a 4 star because of the prices, because the care is worth 5. The cost is outrageous, to be honest. The care that I receive for my pets, however, I feel is exceptionally good. I will continue to go there, because I want the best for my pets, but the cost makes it almost impossible for me to take them as often as I should.

I have been taking my four legged family members to Dr. Hall for over forty years. He is absolutely wonderful with all animals. He has a very calming personality that calmed even my crazy aggressive Chihuahua! He is a very honest and up front doctor. Be always puts the animals first.

We, too, loved Dr. Hall. And while the new staff is very thorough, they are outrageously expensive and take far too much time. I love my pets, but spending two hours (or longer) in a vets office on my weekend when time is precious, makes this a temporary stop-gap solution.

We have been using Dr. Halls services for years. He is sensible, compassionate, and competent. We have always been treated well both in person and on telephone by his receptionist. I am very comfortable in recommending him.

Dr. Hall has been sorely missed. Since his passing this Vet service has charged three times that of previous visits and offers less services. Currently looking for a new Vet.
