Bad Experience: The groomer is not qualified to do the job she advertised to do. I brought my dog to be groomed and was appalled to see that she did not groom my dog at all but bathed him and did a few cut here and there. I took her around 1hr. to groom my dog that usually takes 2.5hrs. The charge was $65 for doing practically nothing to my dog. In addition, I was charged $38 for an influenza shot. Further, they also vaccinated my dog with a bordetella intranasal $42 without calling me. When I asked, I was told they required those vaccines for any dog that is going to be groomed. In total, I was scammed $145 for grooming services. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I was new to the area and new to being a cat owner when my pets ear started to puff up. Our area was being hit with the biggest snow storm in years - possibly ever - and I was stuck with panic and worry over the health of my pet. Dr. Meyer was wonderful enough to take my calls as their staff prepared to leave the office to bunker down before the massive storm. They were available to take my questions and offer care until I can bring him after the storm was over and the roads were clear. Once available, I was able to make an appointment right away - received exceptional care and attention. Quick service and responsive staff ~ thanks Marymount!!

recently had to take my kitty in as an emergency, and as a new patient and when i called they were extremely kind and told me right away if they could help which they were able to do. they helped us feel calm about leaving him there over night and just calm in general, (didnt meet the doctor but the front desk was so so helpful in letting us know how it was going and what our kitty had) we are picking him up tomorrow and hopefully everything gos well, but my initial experience? amazing and would highly recommend.

Our dog was very sick, and needed emergency attention. Marymont Animal Hospital let us come in right away, even though we were new patients. Everyone there was gentle, kind and compassionate. Dr. Meyer explained all our options, but we did not feel pressured or guilted into doing any unnecessary or extreme procedures. The fees were very reasonable. We will not go anywhere else from now on.

I have a 8 lb. chihuahua, he was attacked at a park. My regular vet wouldnt see me. I was told to go to ER..Once I exolained my situation at Marymont...They made time for y dog to be seen.I recommed this hospital, the staff is great. There was no extra hidden charges. I will from now on continue taking my dogs there.

Great, super repsonsive staff. They remember our dog everytime we call. They send out reminders on vaccinations and really take the time to get to know your dog and your family. Well always bring our animals here!
