Terrible. I had a senior dog who had been going there for years. I asked them to take an x-ray of her front leg due to limping. They said her leg was fine and the xray showed nothing. So I took her to another veterinary hospital and they said after looking at the xray I brought them that it was not an x-ray of her front leg but of her back. They took one there and she had Cancer. I went back to Carroll Towne vet and requested the front leg Ray but to my surmise it was never done.My poor dog suffered through months of agony

Completely unprofessional staff. They do not know how to handle animals well and proceeded to argue with me over my dogs past medical history. They are also very in educated as I asked my vet what a particular shot did and she relied with a very blanket explanation and used the term "stuff" to describe what the it would protect my pup from.

I have been taking my animals to Carrolltown for 12 years now. The staff is always friendly, professional, and caring. While vets have come and gone from the practice, the care of my pets has never changed. Crazy as it sounds, my dog is actually excited to go there!!

Such a fantastic experience. My pet was misdiagnosed by a competitors vet and in terrible shape. The staff spent a great deal of time to help get my dog healthy again. Great, friendly staff and the price of care was very fair. So thankful for Cocos new vet!!!
