This was my first time going to this vet and here are the cons and Pros. First, my 2.5 year old male cat was constipated. Pros: - Assistant was very nice and professional. -Discussed wellness plan with me but did not push or pressure, simply stated the coverage and told me I need to keep it in mind. -Checked my kitty thoroughly and noted that he had tratar build up and recommended clean up but again no pressure whatsoever. -Dr. Anderson was very nice and professional, did not push all kind of tests on my kitty, simply recommended a mild laxative + some fluids instead of xrays and whatnot. -The whole experience was very pleasant to be honest. Cons: -Even though the assistant was nice, as mentioned above, she had REALLY long nails and I was worried she was going to hurt my cat. -They recommended a prescription wet food but did not have it or another recommendation they made, which made me had to drive all the way around shopping for it. To be honest this could be more of Petsmart mistake than the vet but I am not sure. I am actually thinking to get in their wellness plan for all my 3 cats and take advantage with the teeth cleaning since, as they noted, they do have tartar buildup...I hope my experience stays pleasant with them since to be honest vets are too high to waste money...

Absolutely terrible. The receptionist was alright, but it was all downhill after that. I was so mad at how unprofessional and disrespectful the veterinary tech was that it made me never want to go to another banfield again(which I wont), regardless of the location. This was the last chance I was giving this company and they failed me.The worst part is that the vets dont even seem to like animals.... its pitiful

I dont dislike banfield, in fact Ive gotten 5 other people to join, but this is the worst Banfield Ive ever been to. Ive had problems with them a few years ago, I tried to give them a chance about a year ago and once again I was left in shock. Im ashamed to have recommended this Banfield to my family members and friends, for theyve had it worse than me.

Id give the 10/5 stars if I could. All of the staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, client-oriented, price conscious, and sincerely interested in the well-being of your pet. I recently moved to the area and went to two other vet clinics before landing at this Banfield, which is by far the nicest and weirdly the most reasonably priced.

I usually like banfield, but I brought in my dogs wormy fecal sample and they told me they didnt see worms. There was an obvious worm, and it didnt crawl out of the bag. I dont think they bothered to look. Go to another banfield.
